Iako ga radim i po receptu za bijeli kruh, tada uglavnom dodajem sjemenke, \u010desto radim i s integralnim bra\u0161nom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastojci za integralni kruh iz peka\u010da<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>450ml vode<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 gr integralnog p\u0161eni\u010dnog bra\u0161na<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 male mjerice soli (one od peka\u010da)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 ve\u0107a mjerica \u0161e\u0107era (ona od peka\u010da)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 \u017elice margarina ili masti<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ve\u0107e mjerice (one od peka\u010da) mlijeka u prahu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 mala mjerica kvasca (ona od peka\u010da)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema integralnog kruha iz peka\u010da<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sve sastojke staviti u posudu peka\u010da za kruh po\u010dev\u0161i od teku\u0107ih. Na bra\u0161no istresite kvasac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako nemam mlijeka u prahu tada ga presko\u010dim, ali stavim mlijeko, smanjim koli\u010dinu vode i dodam ostatak mlijeka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao i uobi\u010dajeno s peka\u010dima kruha prvo se stavljaju teku\u0107i sastojci, a potom bra\u0161no i kvasac. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>opcija: u ovaj kruh mo\u017eete dodati sjemenke po \u017eelji, ja naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e koristim suncokretove ili bu\u0107ine. S tim da bu\u0107ine sjemenke malo mijenjaju okus kruha, dok suncokretove samo upotpune okus, ali ne mijenjaju ni\u0161ta. Prona\u0107i dobar omjer za integralni kruh je bilo malo te\u017ee, no bila sam uporna budu\u0107i da sam odlu\u010dila da \u017eelim vi\u0161e koristiti integralno bra\u0161no, a smanjiti kori\u0161tenje bijelog bra\u0161na. Kod mene se dosta jede kruh, te sam smatrala potrebnim, ba\u0161 zato \u0161to konzumiramo puno kruha, vi\u0161e koristiti integralna bra\u0161na. Ovaj recept je za p\u0161eni\u010dno integralno bra\u0161no, ali sam koristila i druga integralna bra\u0161na. Ako ne \u017eelite samo integralno bra\u0161no, po istom receptu mo\u017eete napraviti i kruh s razli\u010ditim omjerima integralnog i bijelog bra\u0161na. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kruh po ovom receptu se mo\u017ee raditi od razli\u010ditih vrsta integralnog bra\u0161na<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ukoliko imate problem s dizanjem kruha, mo\u017eete staviti mlaku vodu u peka\u010d.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ukupno vode odnosno teku\u0107ine treba biti 450 ml, stoga ako stavljate mlijeko ili jogurt, tada proporcionalno smanjite koli\u010dinu vode, kako bi ukupno mlijeka i vode ili jogurta i vode bilo 450 mililitara. To koristim kada nemam mlijeko u prahu, ili kada jednostavno \u017eelim ovakvu varijantu. U oba slu\u010daja, bilo da sam stavila mlijeko ili mlijeko u prahu  kruh bude isti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U kruh mo\u017eete dodati sjemenke, njih se mo\u017ee dodati na po\u010detku odmah kada i ostale sastojke, ili naknadno ukoliko va\u0161 peka\u010d ima opciju dodavanja sjemenki. U tom slu\u010daju se oglasi zvu\u010dni signal kada se dodaju sjemenke.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ponekad po sli\u010dnom programu radim kruh koji je kombinacija bijelog bra\u0161na i integralnoga, ili bijelog bra\u0161na i zobenih pahuljica. U tom slu\u010daju omjer bra\u0161na i pahuljica ovisi, uglavnom pahuljica stavim oko 100 grama, ali ukupna te\u017eina bra\u0161na i pahuljica treba biti ista kao i u osnovnom receptu samog bra\u0161na. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kruh iz peka\u010da kao i svi drugi recepti ponekad ispadne bolje a ponekad lo\u0161ije. No, zbog svoje prakti\u010dnosti, isplati se malo potruditi kako biste do\u0161li do recepta koji \u0107e vam dati kruh koji vam odgovara odnosno koji vam se svi\u0111a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj kruh \u010desto pravim na basic ili sandwich programu, no, na nekim peka\u010dima ima i poseban program za integralni kruh, te se mo\u017ee koristiti i njega. Ja sam radila na sva ta tri programa i rezultat bude sli\u010dan. Ali postoje neke sitne nijanse. Ako niste zadovoljini s jednim programom, idu\u0107i put probajte drugi. Nisu svi peka\u010di isti. Ja sam koristila tri razli\u010dita peka\u010da kruha i sa svim istim sastojcima, dobijem prili\u010dno razli\u010dite rezultate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meni je ovaj kruh postao rutina, a zadovoljna sam jer se dobro digne, dobro ispe\u010de, a uspjela sam prona\u0107i kruh iz peka\u010da koji je dobra zamjena bijelom kruhu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prednosti integralnog bra\u0161na nad bijelim su ve\u0107 poznate, a s obzirom da ja preferiram kruhove koji se rade kod ku\u0107e, umjesto kupovnih bilo mi je bitno prona\u0107i recept koji \u0107e biti dobar, i da ne\u0107e uku\u0107ani samo \u010dekat kada \u0107u napraviti bijeli ili kada \u0107u zaboraviti napraviti kruh pa da mogu kupiti neki. S obzirom da je ovaj ispunio sva moja o\u010dekivanja, on je postao rutina i naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pravljeni kruh kod mene.
