S obzirom da je prili\u010dno brzo gotova, poriluk se mo\u017ee kratko dinstati, a kako bi okus bio bogatiji, na dinstani poriluk dodajem jaja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za poriluk s jajima<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>jedan ve\u0107i poriluk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 jaja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>jedna ve\u0107a \u017elica vrhnja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>malo soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>malo ulja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema poriluka s jajima<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Poriluk oprati, ocijediti i narezati na komade. Mo\u017eete staviti cijeli poriluk, skupa s listovima, samo vrhove odstraniti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zagrijati ulje, te na njega staviti narezani poriluk. Pirjati 7 do 10 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umutiti jaja, posoliti, dodati jednu ve\u0107u \u017elicu vrhnja i sve skupa preliti preko poriluka. Brzo je gotov, a mo\u017ee se pripremiti na brojne na\u010dine. Jedan od njih je i poriluk s jajima. U ovoj verziji poriluk se s jajima radi u tavi i gotov je za desetak minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poriluk s jajima mo\u017ee biti samostalno servirano, mo\u017ee biti toplo predjelo, me\u0111uobrok, prilog&#8230; Brojne su varijante kako se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti ovo jelo i kada se mo\u017ee pripremati. Poriluk s jajima mo\u017ee biti prilog mesu, uz njega se mogu poslu\u017eiti kobasice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poriluk je aromati\u010dan, izme\u0111u luka i poriluka, te uz njega nisu potrebni dodatni za\u010dini. Sol je skroz dovoljna, eventualno se mo\u017ee dodati malo papra. Poriluk se dobro sla\u017ee s jajima i vrhnjem, \u0161to u ovom receptu, odnosno ovako pripremljenom poriluku dolazi do izra\u017eaja. Uz malo truda i kratkom vremenu dobijete obrok koji je zdrav i raznovrstan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je brzo pripremljeno jelo, a najbolje ga je poslu\u017eiti odmah toplog, stoga je dobar izbor kada se nema puno vremena i ne planira \u010dekati s obrokom. S obzirom na raznovrsnost sastojaka poriluk s jajima mo\u017ee biti i samostalan obrok, a mo\u017ee biti prilog mesu ili kobasicama. Ve\u0107 pe\u010deno meso, tanke \u0161nicle ili kobasice su dobar izbor jer budu brzo gotove, te ne produljuju ukupno vrijeme pripreme ovog obroka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo se kuha poriluk s jajima?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Poriluk staviti na zagrijanu tavu i pirjati desetak minuta. Nakon \u0161to se dodaju jaja treba jo\u0161 oko 5 minuta da se jaja lijepo ispeku. Ukupno vrijeme je oko 15 minuta. No, vrijeme pripreme ovog jela najvi\u0161e ovisi o tome na kolike komade je narezan poriluk, te \u0107e nekoliko minuta kra\u0107e trebati dinstati poriluk kada je narezan na manje komade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mo\u017ee li se dodati luk u ovo jelo?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Luk je mnogima osnova za pirjanje bilo kojeg povr\u0107a, te imaju naviku proces krenuti s pirjanjem luka. S obzirom da je poriluk sli\u010dan luku, nema potrebe za lukom. No, luk se mo\u017ee dodati, ako se stavi vi\u0161e luka, mo\u017ee se smanjiti koli\u010dina poriluka, pa \u010dak i staviti pola pola. Poriluk je okusom sli\u010dan luku, iako bla\u017ei, pomalo ide okusom i prema \u010de\u0161njaku, luk \u0107e poja\u010dati odnosno naglasiti okus poriluka u smjeru luka. Kada se poriluk s jajima priprema s lukom, prvo na tavu staviti nasjeckani luk, pirjati uobi\u010dajeno za luk, potom dodati nasjeckani poriluk i nastaviti dalje po receptu. Mnogi \u010dak ne\u0107e primijetiti razliku d ali je recept ra\u0111en samo s porilukom ili je kombinacija poriluka i luka.
