Kurkuma dodaje boje jelu, ali i je i za\u010din o kojem sam \u010ditala da ima brojna pozitivna djelovanja, pa sam odlu\u010dila je \u010de\u0161\u0107e koristiti. Na kraju je ovo jelo postalo drago svim uku\u0107anima i \u010desto pitaju kada \u0107u raditi ri\u017eu s kurkumom. Posebnost ri\u017ee s piletinom i kurkumom je u \u017eutoj boji koji poprimi od kurkume. Ovo je ba\u0161 jednostavni ri\u017eoto s piletinom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ri\u017eoto sa kurkumom i piletinom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Osnovni sastojci su ri\u017ea, piletina, kurkuma, te mrkva, a postalo povr\u0107e se mo\u017ee dodati ovisno o preferencijama ili \u0161to trenutno imate kod ku\u0107e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group Vi mo\u017eete prilagoditi ili dodati vi\u0161e mesa ili vi\u0161e ri\u017ee, ovisno o tome kako preferirate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nasjeckati mrkvu. U dubljoj tavi zagrijati ulje, te na njega dodati mrkvu i lagano pirjati dok pripremite piletinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nasjeckati na kockice piletinu. Dodati kurkumu, 0,5 \u017eli\u010dice soli, 0,5 \u017eli\u010dicu vegete, papar, bijeli luk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodati piletinu sa za\u010dinima na mrkvu. Pirjati na laganoj vatri dok meso ne dobije zlatnu boju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pripremiti ri\u017eu, oprati i ocijediti. Dodati u tavu s mesom, te mije\u0161aju\u0107i pirjati. Kada vidite da se ri\u017ea zagrijala i da se po\u010dinje lijepiti za tavu dodajte vodu, otprilike tri koli\u010dine koliko ste stavili ri\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodajte jo\u0161 pola \u017eli\u010dice soli i pola \u017eli\u010dice vegete, bosiljak i per\u0161in. povr\u0107a. Ja ga u pravilu radim s povr\u0107em koje u tom trenutku imam kod ku\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da jelo zahtjeva vi\u0161e sjeckanja povr\u0107a, u tavu dodajem sastojke u dijelovima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Nasjeckati mrkvu, papriku, korijen per\u0161ina, celer, tikvice, sve od prilike na komade sli\u010dne veli\u010dine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Narezati piletinu na manje komade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Pola za\u010dina soli, bosiljak, kurkuma, vegeta, list per\u0161ina i ostalo dodati u nasjeckano povr\u0107e i piletinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostatak za\u010dina dodati kada se doda ri\u017ea i voda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; U dublju tavu staviti pr\u017eiti piletinu te dodati ostalo povr\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da li \u0107ete u tavu prvo staviti povr\u0107e i pirjati ili piletinu, nije bitno, u oba slu\u010daja treba paziti da ne zagori i da se povremeno mije\u0161a. Ako su komadi piletine ve\u0107i tada stavim prvo piletinu, a ako su manji stavim prvo dinstati povr\u0107e. Proces ovisi i od toga \u0161to sam prvo nasjeckala. Tako da to nije toliko bitno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako je potrebno dolijte malo (manje od decilitra vode, kako bi se povr\u0107e dobro dinstalo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada povr\u0107e izgleda lijepe boje i omek\u0161alo, kao \u0161to se vidi na slici, dodam ri\u017eu, te lagano mije\u0161am i pirjam dok se ri\u017ee ne krene lijepiti za dno. Tada dodati vodu, 3 puta koli\u010dinu vode, koliko ste dodali ri\u017ee. Ja u pravilu mjerim \u0161alicama. Ako sam stavila jednu \u0161alicu ri\u017ee, tada dodam te iste tri \u0161alice vode. Sada dodajte i ostale za\u010dine (otprilike pola za\u010dina stavim u povr\u0107e i piletinu, a pola dodajem sada).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Promije\u0161ati, poklopiti, kada prokuha smanjiti temperaturu i pustiti da kuha dodatno koliko treba ri\u017ei da se skuha.
