Ovakva sarma mene podsje\u0107a na djetinjstvo i kuhinju moje bake, zato i sada kada mogu preferiram kuhati sarmu sa suhim mesom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastojci<\/strong> za doma\u0107u sarmu sa suhim rebrima<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 glavica kiselog kupusa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pola kilograma mljevenog mesa (najbolje mije\u0161ano, ali svejedno)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pola \u0161alice ri\u017ee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sol (oko pola male \u017eli\u010dice soli)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>papar \/ biber<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>vegeta ( 1 \u017elica vegete)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bijeli luk (mo\u017eete ga zgnje\u010diti ili dodati mljeveni bijeli luk )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>crvena paprika (1 \u017elica crvene paprike)\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>( Za one koji nisu sigurni koliko bi dodali soli, papra i vegeta dobra opcija je Fant za sarme. U tom slu\u010daju za pripremu pratite upute s omota, ali ne trebate dodavati soli, vegete i papra dodatno) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema<\/strong> sarme sa suhim rebrima<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sjedinite meso, ri\u017eu i za\u010dine. Odvojite listove kiselog kupusa i sperite ih malo u vodi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na svaki list kiselog kupusa dodaje po oko jednu \u017elicu mje\u0161avine mesa i ri\u017ee.&nbsp; Zamotajte sarmu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suha rebra odnosno suho meso isperite u hladnoj vodi te ga potom stavite na dno lonca. Oko njega i na njega redajte sarmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stavite na dnu lonca masno\u0107u, najbolje svinjsku mast, te na nju suho meso. Potom redajte sarmu jednu do druge, i prelijte hladnom vodom. Poja\u010dajte temperaturu da sve skupa prokuha, zatim smanjite temperaturu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lonac poklopite, a po mogu\u0107nosti stavite ne\u0161to na sarmu kako se prilikom kuhanja ne bi micala te \u0107e tako bolje zadr\u017eati oblik. Mo\u017eete okrenuti poklopac i na njega staviti neku manju zdjelu s vodom kako bi dobilo na te\u017eini ili staviti manji tanjur na sarmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostavite da se kuha oko dva \u2013 dva i pol sata na laganoj temperaturi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada je sarma kuhana probajte vodu iz sarme. Ako nije dovoljno slana dodajte malo soli ili ako&nbsp;imate osje\u0107aj da joj ne\u0161to fali dodajte zapr\u0161ku.<br>To ne mo\u017eete unaprijed znati jer nije svaki kupus isti, kao ni suho meso. Koliko \u0107e oni pustiti slano\u0107e iz sebe uvijek je razli\u010dito stoga je bolje ne soliti vodu unaprijed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo se kuha sarma sa suhim rebrima<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sarma sa suhim rebrima se kuha 2 do 3 sata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema sarme sa suhim mesom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vi\u0161e:<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=25488\">Kako se mota i puni sarma \u2013 video \u2013&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S listova kao \u0161to se vidi na videu bi trebalo skinuti tvrdu sredinu kako bi bilo lak\u0161e je motati, budu\u0107i da taj srednji dio koji je \u010dvrst mo\u017ee proces ote\u017eavati. To nije nu\u017eno, ali ja na taj na\u010din jednostavnije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glavice kupusa s razlikuju i mogu biti ve\u0107e i manje pa tako i listovi. No, veli\u010dine listova glavice se razlikuju kako idete od ruba glavice prema unutra\u0161njosti. Na kraju \u0107ete do\u0107i u unutarnjem dijelu do skroz malih listova. Sredinu kupusa mo\u017eete dodatno staviti sa strane u lonac uz sarmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da se \u010desto razlikuju veli\u010dine glavica kupusa, bit \u0107e te\u0161ko uvijek pogoditi da koliko ste stavljali nadjeva na svaki list i da ga bude ba\u0161 dovoljno, te da ne ostane ni kupusa ni fila. Ukoliko vam ostane kupusa, mo\u017eete ga dodati uz sarmu u lonac, a ukoliko vam ostane fila, napravite kuglice, \u010dvrsto ih stisnite da se sve pove\u017ee te savite u lonac, uz sarmu. Ove kuglice je najbolje dodati malo kasnije, kada je voda u kojoj se kuha sarma ve\u0107 vrela jer ja tako manja mogu\u0107nost da se kuglice raspadnu. Na ovaj na\u010din imat \u0107ete dodatno okruglice, a ako imate \u010dlanove obitelji koji ne jedu puno kiselog kupusa, tada \u0107e ovo za njih biti odli\u010dna opcija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doma\u0107a sarma sa suhim mesom je poseban recept koji vra\u0107a u pro\u0161lost, ali je izvrsnog okusa da s i danas nalazi na mnogim blagdanskim stolovima, a i \u010de\u0161\u0107e. Kiseli kupus se odli\u010dno sla\u017ee sa suhim mesom, oboje su tradicionalne zimske namirnice, mogu se konzumirati i odvojeno, samostalno, ali i u raznim receptima.
