Prere\u017eemo je po du\u017eini da dobijemo pravokutni oblik i nabodemo slaninom. Meso malo natu\u010demo, posolimo i nama\u017eemo nadjevom, presavijemo ili uvijemo, sa\u0161ijemo i pove\u017eemo uzicom. Tako pripremljenu pe\u010denku stavimo na popr\u017eeni luk, dolijemo vru\u0107e juhe ili vode i pe\u010demo dok ne omek\u0161a. Za vrijeme pe\u010denja \u010desto je zalijevamo vlastitim sokom.
