1 \u017elica crvene paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema bosanske sarme<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Od glavice kupusa odvojite listove tako \u0161to \u0107ete ih pri korijenu odrezati i pa\u017eljivo odvojiti glavice. Kada odvojite sve listove, isperite ih u hladnoj vodi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobro izmije\u0161ajte ostale sastojke odnosno meso, ri\u017eu i za\u010dine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na svaki list kiselog kupusa stavljajte mje\u0161avinu mesa i ri\u017ee i savijte sarmu. Zarolajte na du\u017eu stranu, a zatim sa strane utisnite rubove prema unutra. Dolijte hladne vode tako da bude preko sarme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kuhajte dva do dva i pol sata<\/strong> na laganoj vatri u poklopljenoj posudi. Najbolje bi bilo poklopiti tanjurom ili manjim poklopcem od lonca kako bi poklopac u\u0161ao unutra te na poklopac staviti ne\u0161to te\u017ee, npr. u manjoj \u0161erpici ili \u0161alici vodu kako bi bio pritisak na sarmu i da se prilikom kuhanja ne di\u017ee. Na taj na\u010din ostane u dobrom stanju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Predla\u017eem da, <strong>pred kraj kuhanja sarme, izvadite pola \u017elice vode iz sarme i probate da li je dovoljno slana.<\/strong> Ta se voda ne soli jer u nju kupus pusti svoj okus i kiselost i slano\u0107u, te je \u010desto dobre slano\u0107e, ali to ovisi i od samog kupusa. Ukoliko nije dovoljno slana dodajte pola \u017elice ili koliko vam se \u010dini da treba soli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada je sarma gotova mo\u017eete napravite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=24434\">zapr\u0161ku za sarmu<\/a>.<br>Malo bra\u0161na (oko jedne velike \u017elice) popr\u017eite na ulju, kada je bra\u0161no dobilo \u017eu\u0107kastu boju dodajte paprike i po \u017eelji malo sos paradajza. Na to mo\u017eete doliti par \u017elica vode iz sarme, te onda takvu zapr\u0161ku doliti u sarmu. Kuhajte jo\u0161 sada sarmu sa zapr\u0161kom jo\u0161 desetak minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, zapr\u0161ka nije obavezna, i sarma \u0107e biti odli\u010dnog okusa i ukoliko ne pravite zapr\u0161ku. To \u0107ete najbolje procijeniti prema preferencijama, ali i kada probate teku\u0107inu pred kraju kuhanja i vidite kakvog je okusa. Nisu svi kiseli kupusi isti, te \u0107e razli\u010dit okus dati sarmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de suhog mesa, mo\u017eete staviti bilo kakav komad kosti na kojem ima malo mesa, ali poslu\u017eit \u0107e i ko\u017eica od slanine. Na taj na\u010din  iskoristite ostatke slanine, ona \u0107e dati okus sarmi prilikom kuhanja, a ako ne \u017eelite dodatno meso u sarmi ne\u0107ete ga imati. Sarmu mo\u017eete kuhati i bez suhog mesa, u tom slu\u010daju predla\u017eem da dodate \u017elicu masti u lonac na po\u010detku kuhanja kako bi se dobro ukuhalo sve zajedno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Recept class=\"wp-block-heading\">Slaganje bosanske sarme u loncu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada sla\u017eete sarmu u konac, poku\u0161ajte lonac maksimalno napuniti kako se sarma ne bi micala prilikom kuhanja, i na
