Manistra ili tjestenina s ukusnim umakom, so\u010dna, a brzo i jednostavno jelo. Ne samo da je dobrog okusa, nego je i bogata sastojcima, od povr\u0107a do za\u010dina. Mo\u017ee biti samostalan obrok, a mo\u017ee biti i prilog.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci za manistru usuvo<\/strong>:<br> &#8211; 1 \u017elica ulja<br> &#8211; 2 glavice luka &#8211; kapule<br> &#8211; 1 re\u017eanj \u010de\u0161njaka<br> &#8211; \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dica dalmatinskih\/mediteranskih za\u010dina (origano, bosiljak, maj\u010dina du\u0161ica, kadulja, ru\u017emarin)<br> &#8211; malo soli (na vrhu \u017eli\u010dice)<br> &#8211; papar<br> &#8211; 1 dl vina ili 1 dl vode s jednom \u017eicom vinskog ili jabu\u010dnog octa i 1 \u010dajna \u017eli\u010dica \u0161e\u0107era.<br> &#8211; 400 g pelata<br> &#8211; 400 g tjestenine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; sir ribanac po \u017eelji (parmezan ili neka druga varijanta tvrdog naribanog sira)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti vodu da prokuha.<br>Dok \u010dekate vodu, na malo ulja staviti dinstati nasjeckani luk. Posoliti. Kada dobije lijepu zlatnu boju dodati nasjeckani \u010de\u0161njak i ostale za\u010dine. Malo promije\u0161ati i dodati nasjeckane pelate i sok od raj\u010dice koji do\u0111e uz njih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti tjesteninu u klju\u010dalu vodu i kuhati prema uputama s kutije, obi\u010dno 7 do 11 minuta)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada je u drugoj posudi raj\u010dica proklju\u010dala dodati vino ili vodu sa \u0161e\u0107erom i octom. Kuhati jo\u0161 nekih 5-7 minuta stalno mije\u0161aju\u0107i da ne zagori. Iako je za umak dovoljno desetak minuta vrijeme pripreme mo\u017ee trajati i do 15 minuta, ako se uklju\u010di sjeckanje luka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tjestenina se uglavnom kuha manje od deset minuta, ali to ovisi o vrsti tjestenine, te je uvijek dobro pratiti upute s pakiranja, budu\u0107i da se ovisno o sastojcima vrijeme kuhanja mo\u017ee dosta razlikovati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako sami \u017eelite provjeriti, bilo da nemate kutiju ili iz drugog razloga, jednostavan na\u010din je da izvadite jedan komad tjestenine iz vode i prepolovite je, ako se lako prepolovi i na sredini se ne vidi druga\u010dija boja, onda je tjestenina kuhana. Ako je jo\u0161 nije kuhana u sredini se vidi ne\u0161to svjetlija boja, odnosno da je tjestenina jo\u0161 na tim dijelovima suha i tvrda, te ju je bilo te\u017ee prepoloviti.
