Ali je potrebno imati dobro mlijeko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ono \u0161to je bitno kod pravljenja kajmaka je da se kajmak treba raditi polako i da proces ne treba ubrzavati. Ostavit jo\u0161 na laganoj vatri ili smanjenoj temperaturi da bi bio bolji kajmak oko sat &#8211; sat i pol. Doma\u0107i kajmak bi bilo najbolje raditi na \u0161tednjaku na drva, budu\u0107i da on ima ve\u0107u grijanu povr\u0161inu. A i na taj na\u010din se dobije pravi starinski kajmak.
