Raspucanci su mali suhi kola\u010d koji se mo\u017ee pripremiti unaprijed, tope se u ustima, \u010dokoladnog je okusa, dekorativno izgleda, a jednostavno se poslu\u017euje. Ukoliko je toplo, tada mo\u017eete ponovno malo vratiti smjesu u fri\u017eider kako ne bi omek\u0161ala, ili ako radite s ve\u0107om smjesom i trebat \u0107e vam du\u017ee vrijeme da oblikujete sve raspucance, tada smjesu podijelite i dio dr\u017eite u fri\u017eideru dok prvu smjesu ne potro\u0161ite. Mo\u017eete ih pe\u0107i i direktno u plehu za pe\u010denje, ali ga u tom slu\u010daju dobro nauljite ili prema\u017eite margarinom, te pospite bra\u0161nom prije redanja raspucanaca kako se ne bi zalijepili za pleh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nemojte ih slagati previ\u0161e blizu jer \u0107e tijekom pe\u010denja dodatno narasti. Ukoliko su blizu mogu se zalijepiti jedna za drugu \u0161to \u0107e utjecati na njihov kona\u010dan izgled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u0107i u zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici na 180\u00b0C&nbsp; 20-25 minuta. (To \u0107e ovisiti o veli\u010dini kuglica koje ste pravili i od pe\u0107nice).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrijem pe\u010denja: 20 do 25 minuta u pe\u0107nici zagrijanoj na 180 stupnjeva Celzijusa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od ove mjere meni bude cca 40-45 kola\u010da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?tag=suhi-kolaci\">suhi kola\u010di<\/a> mogu stajati nekoliko dana u poklopljenoj posudi, tako da ih imate vremena ih pojesti. Kuglice kada se rade tako izgledaju. Tijekom pe\u010denja kuglice \u0107e postepeno pucati, te oblikovati zanimljivi izgled ovog kola\u010da po kojem su oni i dobili ime. Jednostavno tijekom pe\u010denja se doga\u0111a \u010darolija u kojoj ovi kola\u010di poprimaju svoj kona\u010dan izgled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo se peku raspucanci?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vrijeme pe\u010denja raspucanaca<\/strong> mo\u017ee ovisiti o pe\u0107nici, ali i veli\u010dini raspucanaca. Jednostavno pred kraj pe\u010denja pogledajte kako izgledaju, te provjerite kako ih ne biste presu\u0161ili. Veli\u010dinu kuglica koje pravite mo\u017eete prilagoditi svojim \u017eeljama, ja ih u pravilu radim kao manje orahe, jer \u0107e malo i narasti tijekom pe\u010denja, a op\u0107enito mi je dra\u017ee kad su sitni kola\u010di manji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrijeme pe\u010denja je 20-25 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko tamni trebaju biti raspucanci?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Koliko \u0107e <strong>tamni raspucanci biti uglavnom ovisi o tamno\u0107i kakaa <\/strong>koji koristite. Ukoliko je kakao svjetliji i oni \u0107e biti svjetliji, no u kona\u010dnici to nema neki zna\u010dajan utjecaj na ukus raspucanaca. U pripremi tijesta se dodaje i tamna \u010dokolada, tj \u010dokolada za kuhanje, no one uglavnom daju sli\u010dnu boju, te ne\u0107e zna\u010dajno utjecati na rezultat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kada raspucance posuti \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to raspucance ravnomjernije uvaljate u \u0161e\u0107er u prahu prije pe\u010denja, to \u0107e oni na kraju biti efektniji. S obzirom da nakon pe\u010denja raspucanci imaju tvr\u0111u koru, i relativno glatku, njih se ne mo\u017ee ba\u0161 naknadno posipati \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu, stoga je taj korak potrebno napraviti prije pe\u010denja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Raspucanci su odli\u010dan sitni suhi kola\u010d koji mo\u017ee trajati nekoliko dana, a \u010dak je drugi dan bolji nego prvi. Stoga je odli\u010dan izbor za blagdane, meni su jedan od standardnih bo\u017ei\u0107nih kola\u010da ili neka slavlja kada se kola\u010di rade unaprijed. Uz to je \u010dokoladni suhi kola\u010d i topi se u ustima, te daje \u0161arenilo tanjuru sa suhim kola\u010dima.
