Malo posoliti. Dinstati nekoliko minuta na umjerenoj vatri.<\/p>\n<p>U me\u0111uvremenu u plasti\u010dnoj posudici pomije\u0161ati vodu i sve ostale sastojke.<\/p>\n<p>Istresti mje\u0161avinu na meso, mije\u0161ati, pustiti da proklju\u010da i kuhati 4 minute.<\/p>\n<p>Prebaciti u sporo kuhalo. Ali budu\u0107i da mi se svi\u0111ao princip, da se ujutro prije posla u 15tak minuta sve pripremi, i zdrav obrok me do\u010deka poslije posla tra\u017eila sam rje\u0161enje i ukusne recepte.<\/p>\n<p>Ideju za recepte mi je dala sestra koja je rekla kako su oduvijek na\u0161e bake kuhale po principu sporog kuhanja i ako \u017eelim ukusna jela iz sporog kuhala da se vratim starinskim receptima. Sjetila sam se svoje bake koja je kuhala na pe\u0107i na drva. Princip pripreme hrane je bio skoro pa isti kao u sporom kuhalu. Na vrelom dijelu pe\u0107i bi odradila prvi dio, a zatim &#8220;skrenula&#8221; lonac na dio pe\u0107i koji je imao vrlo blagu temperaturu, gdje bi varivo pomalo klju\u010dalo, ali ne bi iskipjelo\u00a0 ili zagorjelo i tako po pola dana bi kuhalo pomalo klju\u010dalo.
