Lagano umije\u0161amo nasjeckanu \u0161unku, posolimo i popaprimo prema ukusu. Tim nadjevom punimo (na vrh) pripremljene polovice jaja. Na sredinu stavimo tanke plo\u0161ke raj\u010dice ili listi\u0107e radi\u010da tako da jaje izgleda kao ko\u0161arica. Jaja rasporedimo uz rub ovalnog tanjura.
