Kada se pribli\u017ei to\u010dci vrenja smanjite temperaturu i ostavite tako na niskoj temperaturi 10 minuta. Staviti sve sastojke osim vina u lonac. Dodati vina tek toliko da se potopi \u0161e\u0107er. Kuhati smjesu lagano mije\u0161aju\u0107i. Kada se smjesa pretvori u sirup dodati ostatak vina. Pustiti da provrije. Kuhati jo\u0161 10 minuta na srednje jakoj vatri.
