Ostatak bra\u0161na ostaviti da se tijesto mo\u017ee uvaljati i oblikovati u njemu. Tijesto popoloviti i napraviti kao dvije loptice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostavite da tijesto odstoji 10tak minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto razvu\u0107i ili valjkom razvaljati. Na debljinu koliko \u017eelite, ali okvirno \u0161to tanje mo\u017eete i da juka (razvaljano tijesto) bude skoro pa prozirno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U sir dodati sol. Dobro promije\u0161ati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razvaljano tijesto malo po\u0161pricati uljem, te po njmu posuti pola sira, a na drugu juku drugu polovicu sira. Sir pospite u ravnomjernim komadi\u0107ima\/grudicama po cijelom tijestu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto zarolati ili zgu\u017evati u oblik rolade. Sada od te rolade napravite krug, po\u010dnite iz jedne to\u010dke i omotajte dok ne potro\u0161ite tijesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stavite u nama\u0161\u0107enu tepsiju. Malo zahtjevnija mo\u017ee biti za one koji prvi put rade tijesto za pitu i razvla\u010de ga. Dobro je ako tijesto mo\u017eete razvaljati ili razvu\u0107i na tanko. To \u0107e do\u0107i s vremenom, za po\u010detak je bitno da vam tijesto ne puca i da uspijete napraviti pitu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sir za sirnicu bi najbolje bilo koristiti doma\u0107i, no, ako nemate bolji izbor bi bilo punomasni sir, jer \u0107e pita na taj na\u010din biti so\u010dnija, ali pita funkcionira i sa nemasnim sirom. S nadjevom zaista mo\u017eete biti kreativni, te mije\u0161ati vrste sira, a mo\u017eete dodati i jaje, kada \u0107ete ve\u0107 biti na putu da pita postane pita od jaja, budu\u0107i da se u pitu od jaja uobi\u010dajeno u nadjev dodaju jaja i sir i li vrhnje. To je opcija i ako ste planirali napraviti pita sa sirom, ali ste vidjeli da nemate dovoljno sira (de\u0161ava se). U nadjev od sira mo\u017eete dodati i vrhnja, ili druge sastojke, po izboru, no, u receptu su navedeni sastojci za osnovnu tradicionalnu pitu od sira. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posebna vrsta pite od sira su bured\u017eici koji su varijanta pite sa sirom, samo \u0161to se druga\u010dije oblikuju, te uobi\u010dajeno se preko njih radi preljev od jaja i vrhnja. Recept za doma\u0107e bured\u017eike potra\u017eite ovdje: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=23245\">Doma\u0107i bured\u017eici \u2013 starinski recept \u2013 <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pitu od sira mo\u017eete i druga\u010dije oblikovati, umjesto velikog kruga, ako nemate odgovaraju\u0107e veli\u010dine okruglu tepsiju, nego pravokutnu, tada sla\u017eite ravno role pite od sira po du\u017eini pleha, prere\u017eite to\u010dno na du\u017einu tepsije i sla\u017eite red do reda pite od sira.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tre\u0107a opcija je da se rade male pite od sira, odnosno da u plehu napravite odvojeno nekoliko malih koncentri\u010dnih krugova, sli\u010dno kao da radite veliku pitu, ali da napravite samo 3-4 kruga, ovisno o tome kolike pite \u017eelite broj krugova ja potpuno proizvoljan. Npr.mo\u017eete ih pripremljeno nadjeveno tijesto podijeliti na onoliko dijelova koliko imate uku\u0107ana, te za svakoga zarolati po jednu malu pitu od sira, a krugova \u0107e biti koliko bude. Ovakvo pripremljene male pite od sira efektnije izgledaju kada se poslu\u017ee, budu\u0107i da se mogu servirati kao cjelina bez rezanja.
