No, to nije jedini razlog, mo\u017ee se raditi o promjeni, da nije uvijek isti tip kruha, kao i  o tome da se ostane bez kvasca. Uz to velika prednost kruha bez kvasca je to \u0161to ne treba vrijeme za razvoj kvasca i dizanje tijesta, pa e kruh br\u017ee gotov.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dugo se pe\u010de doma\u0107i kruh s jogurtom bez kvasca?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u0107nicu zagrijati na 220 stupnjeva  staviti kruh u zagrijanu pe\u0107nicu u pe\u0107i 25 do 30 minuta. Kruh bez kvasca se mo\u017ee raditi od bijelog bra\u0161na, ali i od integralnog bra\u0161na, od p\u0161eni\u010dnog bra\u0161na, kao i od bra\u0161na drugih \u017eitarica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Doma\u0107i kruh bez kvasca s jogurtom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kruh bez kvasca  dobar je izbor kada nemate ili ne \u017eelite koristiti kvasac, a ja ga naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e pravim kada mi treba br\u017ee kruh. Kruh s kvascem ipak treba neko vrijeme da fino nado\u0111e, dok kruh sa pra\u0161kom za pecivo nadolazi dok se pe\u010de. jogurt potpoma\u017ee taj proces, zbog toga je u ovom kruhu koristan kvasac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to pe\u0107i kruh kod ku\u0107e?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kruh koji se priprema kod ku\u0107e daje mogu\u0107nost da znam \u0161to sam stavila u njega, nema dodataka poput aditiva, glutena, mogu birati bra\u0161no koje ho\u0107u, bijelo ili integralno, a \u010desto dodajem i razne sjemenke poput chia sjemenki, bundevinih, suncokretovih, lanenih&#8230; Kruh se u mojoj obitelji dosta jede stoga mi je bitno da znam \u0161ta sam stavila u njega bez obzira da li se radilo o kruhu s kvascem ili bez kvasca. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e kombiniram razne vrste bra\u0161na u razli\u010ditim omjerima, te nekoliko \u017elica bijelog bra\u0161na zamijenim sa drugim bra\u0161nima, poput ra\u017eenog, bu\u010dinog&#8230; To kombiniram kako koje bra\u0161no kupim, koje mi se u\u010dini zanimljivo i rotiram razne varijante. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">U kakvom kalupu pe\u0107i kruh?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Oblik kruha obi\u010dnog kao i onog bez kvasca mo\u017ee biti po izboru, mo\u017ee se pe\u0107i u okruglom plehu, kao i u duguljastom kalupu.
