Tijesto se treba dizati ako je na toplom oko pola sata. Kada imate vremena mo\u017ee i sat vremena. Nekoliko puta tijesto dobro \u017elicom promije\u0161ati. U pola sata bar jednom promije\u0161ati tijesto te ga ostaviti da se ponovno di\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U lonac staviti ulje i zagrijati. U vrelo ulje stavljati \u017elicu po \u017elicu tijesta i tako pe\u0107i. Izvadite ih van iz ulja i pustite da se ohlade. <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja ih \u010desto pe\u010dem u malom loncu, tako da se koristi manje ulja budu\u0107i da je ono nakon toga neupotrebljivo, te nema potrebe da se puni veliki lonac uljem. Kada ih pe\u010dete u manjem loncu proces traje malo du\u017ee, ali relativno brzo budu\u0107i da su u\u0161tipci brzo gotovi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada je jedna tura u\u0161tipaka pe\u010dena, vadi ih van te stavljam nove u\u0161tipke u ulje na pe\u010denje. Ovaj recept je pogodan jer se mo\u017ee raditi vrlo brzo nakon \u0161to smo zamijesili tijesto, a ostatak tijesta koristim za pravljenje kruha, odnosno zamijesim ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu sastojaka, odvojim \u017elicom smjese za kola\u010di\u0107e koliko mi treba, a ostatak ostavim da se di\u017ee tijesto, i kasnije ispe\u010dem kao kruh. Ovisno o tome koliki kruh trebate mo\u017eete koli\u010dinu sastojaka poduplati ili \u010dak staviti i vi\u0161e od toga. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je klasi\u010dan bosanski brzi recept za u\u0161tipke. Kod nekih su se ovi u\u0161tipci zvali i kola\u010di\u0107i. Ustvari kod mnogih su se paralelno koristili nazivi i u\u0161tipci i kola\u010di\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovakvi doma\u0107i u\u0161tipci su prazni, te se ukusni kada se jedu kao pecivo, odnosno bez ikakvih dodatak, dok ih mi \u010desto ma\u017eemo, odnosno svatko unutra stavlja namaz prema preferencijama.
