Zvuk peka\u010da za kruh da je kruh gotov ujedno nam je i budilica. Ako i ne pravite sami kruh birajte raznovrsne kruhove za doru\u010dak, a kompiciranje smanjite na minimum. Jede se kri\u0161ka zdravog kruha s namazom po izboru. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kako bi ve\u0107 prvi obrok bio \u0161to zdraviji pazite koje namirnice stavljate u kruh, te se potrudite kombinirati razli\u010dita bra\u0161na i sastav.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz kruh po izboru jedemo sirne namaze, pa\u0161tete, \u010dokoladni namaz ili delikatesne mesne nareske ovisno o preferencijama \u010dlanova obitelji. &#8211; oko 14:30h &#8211;<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>suho vo\u0107e, sjemenke, pahuljice&#8230; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Za drugu u\u017einu uzmemo suho vo\u0107e poput gro\u017e\u0111ica, su\u0161enih sjemenki, zobene pahuljice, mije\u0161ane ka\u0161e s jogurtom. Obi\u010dno je ovo jedini obrok u danu koji \u0107ete pripremiti tijekom radnog tjedna.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preferiram za ovaj obrok cjelovita jela iz pe\u0107nice.
