Taj se recept mo\u017ee raditi s jajima, ili bez jaja, ako radite ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu i \u017eelite da mo\u017ee stajati du\u017ee. Dodatna varijanta ovih kiflica su kiflice s integralnim bra\u0161nom, budu\u0107i da ga op\u0107enito sve vi\u0161e koristim, tako sam i ovaj recept prilagodila integralnom bra\u0161nu. Taj se recept nalazi na dnu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Recept za doma\u0107e slane kiflice po starinskom receptu<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><br>&#8211; 1\/2 kg glatkog bra\u0161na<br>&#8211; 2 dcl toplog mlijeka<br>&#8211; 100 ml ulja<br>&#8211; prstohvat soli tj. 1\/2 male \u017eli\u010dice<br>&#8211; 1 vrhom puna mala \u017eli\u010dica \u0161e\u0107era<br>&#8211; 1 vrhom puna mala \u017eli\u010dica kvasca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; 1 jaje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><br>Zagrijati mlijeko (da bude toplo). U njega staviti sol, \u0161e\u0107er, kvasac i ulje. Promije\u0161ati. Dodati bjelanjak od jajeta (koje ste prethodno umutili s vilicom ili \u017elicom) i dobro sve izmije\u0161ati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodati bra\u0161no i mijesiti&#8230; Oblikovati da tijesto bude kao loptica. Ostaviti tijesto da stoji 1-1,5 h. Tijesto bi trebalo bar jednom ili dva puta dobro promije\u0161ati tijekom dizanja i ostaviti da se ponovno di\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ponovno ga zamijesiti i napraviti lopticu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razvaljati na debljinu do 0,5cm. Tijesto rezati na trokuti\u0107e (kao \u0161nite torte). Sa \u0161ire strane krenuti i zarolati prema u\u017eem kraju.<br>Napravite po njima rezove no\u017eem (ako \u017eelite rezbareni dojam).<br>Poslo\u017eiti ih u nama\u0161\u0107eni lim ili na pack papir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostaviti da odstoje pola sata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umutiti \u017eumanjak, posoliti i premazati po kiflicama. Mo\u017eete ih posuti sezamovim sjemenkama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u0107nicu zagrijati na 250\u00b0C, i staviti ih pe\u0107i. Postupak je isti kao u osnovnom receptu. Samo u tom slu\u010daju vam ne treba jaje. Mo\u017ee se i u bra\u0161no dodati mlijeko, te potom ostale sastojke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad se dobro umijesi tijesto bude kao loptica, pokriti ga u zdjeli te ostaviti da se di\u017ee oko sat i pol. U tom periodu ga jo\u0161 jednom ili dva puta dobro promije\u0161ati, i pustiti da se ponovno di\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon dizanja, ponovno promije\u0161ati te napraviti od tijesta lopticu. Na tijestu \u0107e se vidjeti da se radi o integralnom bra\u0161nu u sastojcima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razvljati lopticu na krug, te izrezati trokute kao da re\u017eete tortu ili pizzu. Zarolati svaki trokut integralnog tijesta sa \u0161ire strane prema sredini (kao na slikama iznad).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slo\u017eiti kiflice u nama\u0161teni pleh, premazati \u017eumanjkom koji se umuti s malo soli, te ih ostaviti da odstoje nekih pola sata.<br>Uklju\u010diti pe\u0107nicu na najja\u010de, staviti kiflice unutra, te smanjiti pe\u0107nicu na 200 stupnjeva.
