Dodati nasjeckanu \u0161unku, lagano pr\u017eiti. \u0160unka treba biti hrskava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U posudu dodati jaja s prstohvatom soli, mutiti dok se ne sjedine \u017eumanjak i bjelanjak. Dodati mlijeko, po \u017eelji papar, vlasac, per\u0161in&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istresti na \u0161unku, smanjiti temperaturu i mije\u0161ati lagano kajganu, ili nakon par minuta prevrnuti kako bi se dobro ispekla sa svih strana. Kada nema vi\u0161e teku\u0107ih dijelova kajgana je gotova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servirati toplo, sa pecivima, salatom&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vrijeme pripremanja i pe\u010denja:<\/strong> 10 do 15 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kajgana sa \u0161unkom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kajgana sa \u0161unkom je odli\u010dan izbor za doru\u010dak, ali kao brzi me\u0111uobrok. Ako se uz nju poslu\u017ei salata dobije se cjelovit obrok, sa raznovrsnim namirnicama. Iako se kajgana \u010desto ve\u017ee uz doru\u010dak, kod mene je vole i za me\u0111uobrok, brzu u\u017einu popodne kada smo izme\u0111u nekih aktivnosti, kada treba ne\u0161to &#8220;konkretno&#8221; pojesti, a opet da je brzo gotovo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za kajganu sa \u0161unkom se mo\u017ee koristiti bilo kakva \u0161unka, koja se ina\u010de koristi. Dobar je na\u010din i da se iskoristi \u0161unka koju imate i trebate potro\u0161iti, a mo\u017eda vam se ne svi\u0111a. \u0160unka pr\u017eenjem postaje hrskavija i druga\u010dija nego \u0161to je svje\u017ea. \u0160unka se mo\u017ee nasje\u0107i na kockice, na trakice, ve\u0107e ili manje komade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kajgana sa \u0161unkom je klasika, odnosno uz kajganu sa pancetom ili slaninom jedna od verzija koja je jako rasprostranjena, a spada u tradicionalni doru\u010dak, mnogima kada se spomene <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=51957\">starinski doru\u010dak<\/a> kajgana sa \u0161unkom je jedna od prvih ideja. Kajgana sa \u0161unkom za doru\u010dak zna\u010di da se dobro jelo, da smo spremni za dan, a posebno je volim kada imam izazovan dan, kada je bitno da sam se najela i da ne razmi\u0161ljam brzo o hrani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao masno\u0107a za tavu se mo\u017ee koristiti bilo \u0161to, od klasi\u010dnog suncokretovog ulja, do maslinovog ulja ili maslaca. Svaki izbor nosi malo svog okusa, ali se zna\u010dajno ne mijenja rezultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod serviranja kako biste imali ne\u0161to druga\u010dije, kajgana sa \u0161unkom se mo\u017ee servirati preko listova \u0161unke odnosno na njih, ili na list salate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za kajganu sa \u0161unkom bitno je imati dobra jaja, na rezultat utje\u010de kvaliteta jaja, \u0161unka, no, jako je va\u017eno i imati i odgovaraju\u0107e posu\u0111e. Tava na koju se ne lijepi, odnosno ne prijanja, daleko olak\u0161ava pripremu. Lo\u0161 izbor tave je je kod kajgane ba\u0161 otegotna okolnost. Iako ulje treba zagrijati i da se jaja ne bi zalijepila za dno tave bitna je temperatura, ako imate lo\u0161u tavu na koju se lijepi, to ne\u0107e pomo\u0107i, nego \u0107e se jaja i dalje lijepiti.
