Ako je \u010da\u010dkalica suha kada je izvadite tijesto za \u010dup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvaditi iz pe\u0107nice, ohladiti, izrezati na kocke (u tepsiji) kolike \u017eelite da budu \u010dupavci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema preljeva za \u010dupavce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cokoladu za kuhanje izlomiti i staviti u lonac, dodati margarin, mlijeko i \u0161e\u0107er, te sve skupa lagano zagrijavati dok se masa ne sjedini, ali ne treba prokuhati. Skinuti s vatre, malo ohladiti i jedan po jedan komad kola\u010da stavljati u \u010dokoladnu smjesom, izvaditi van i staviti u kokos ili ga posuti sa svih strana kokosom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako se ne bi osu\u0161ili \u010dupavce slo\u017eite u plasti\u010dnu zdjelu s poklopcem i \u010duvajte u fri\u017eideru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010cupavci recept na \u017elice<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je starinski tradicionalni recept za \u010dupavce, te nije neobi\u010dno da je u \u017elicama, budu\u0107i da su ranije recepti bili ili u \u017elicama ili \u0161alicama. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neka vas ne zbunjuje \u0161to je recept u \u017elicama. Recept za \u010dupavce na \u017elice je prili\u010dno jednostavan, budu\u0107i da ne morate dodatno vagati sastojke za kola\u010d. \u017dlica treba biti popunjena ne u svoj ravnini, nego kada zagrabite \u017elicom koliko u njoj ostane, dakle srednje napunjena \u017elica, uglavnom je to kod bra\u0161na 1-1,5 cm preko ravnine \u017elice, dok \u0107e kod \u0161e\u0107era biti manje, a mlijeko i ulje \u0107e, naravno, biti ravno pune \u017elice. Dakle, kao da uobi\u010dajeno grabite sastojke \u017elicom i istresate u zdjelu, samo \u0161to ih u ovom slu\u010daju brojite. Osim toga, kada se \u010dupavci natope \u010dokoladom njihov volumen se dodatno pove\u0107a, a u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva bolje je kad su malo manji komadi kola\u010da budu\u0107i da ih je lak\u0161e jesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada izrezani kola\u010d odnosno biskvit stavljate u \u010dokoladnu smjesu, nemojte dr\u017eati predugo, nego ga relativno sporim tempom stavite unutra, zatim okre\u0107ite kako bi se tijesto namo\u010dilo sa svih strana i izvadite. Tu ne mo\u017eete pogrije\u0161iti budu\u0107i da i ako je preljeva manje ili vi\u0161e, kola\u010d \u0107 i dalje biti dobar. No, nemojte ni dr\u017eati du\u017ee unutra s namjerom da bude so\u010dniji, budu\u0107i da tijesto dosta brzo upije potrebnu koli\u010dinu preljeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preljev od \u010dokolade u koji stavljate kola\u010de treba biti umjereno topao. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovisno o tome koliko ste dr\u017eali unutra biskvit, kao i toplini preljeva on se mo\u017ee ne\u0161to br\u017ee ili potro\u0161iti, no, to je unaprijed te\u0161ko odrediti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelite da \u010dupavci unutra budu \u010dokoladni tj. tamni u smjesu prije pe\u010denja dodajte kako. Mogu se raditi i \u0161areni \u010dupavci, izlije se pola svijetle smjese u pleh, u ostatak se doda kakao te se potom tamni dio smjese neravnomjerno izlije po svijetlom dijelu. Na taj na\u010din se dobije pro\u0161arani biskvit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept za \u010dupavce je jednostavan, no, unato\u010d tome, mnogima je omiljeni kola\u010d. Iako se \u010dupavci rade ve\u0107 generacijama, oni su i dalje mnogima me\u0111u top izborom kola\u010da, stoga se \u010desto priprema kada su neki praznici ili slavlja, kada radimo kola\u010d za vi\u0161e ljudi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukoliko pove\u0107ate smjesu i imate ve\u0107i pleh, ve\u0107 u jednoj turi pripreme tijesta i pe\u010denja, odra\u0111eni ve\u0107i dio posla za veliki broj kola\u010da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kola\u010d je najbolje \u010duvati u fri\u017eideru.
