Kukuruzni kruh ima druga\u010diji okus, njega ne pravim \u010desto, ali povremeno ga ba\u0161 volim napraviti. U peka\u010du je to j\u0161 jednostavnije nego kada ga radim ru\u010dno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastojci za brzi kukuruzni kruh iz peka\u010da<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1,5 \u0161alica vode<br> 2 velike \u017elice ulja<br> 1 velika \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era<br> 1 mala \u017elica soli<br> 100 grama o\u0161trog bra\u0161na<br> 200 grama pirovog bijelog bra\u0161na<br> 200 grama kukuruznog bra\u0161na<br> 2 male \u017elice kvasca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojke stavljati navedenim redoslijedom i uklju\u010diti brzi program (ovisno o peka\u010du 1h i 20 min do 1h i 30 min)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept poslala: Jelena<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brzi kukuruzni kruh iz peka\u010da<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kukuruzni kruh se rijetko radi samo od kukuruznog bra\u0161na, \u010dak i kada kupite kukuruzni kruh, ako pogledate sastav vidjet \u0107ete da je mali udio kukuruznog bra\u0161na. Zato volim pripremati doma\u0107i kukuruzni kruh, u peka\u010du ili na tradicionalni na\u010din, jer znam koliko sam kukuruznog bra\u0161na stavila. Uvijek kada isprobam novi recept za kukuruzni kruh krenem pomalo i pove\u0107avam koli\u010dinu kukuruznog bra\u0161na sa svakim pravljenjem kukuruznog kruha kako bi dobila optimalnu koli\u010dinu kukuruznog bra\u0161na u kruhu. S obzirom da kukuruzno bra\u0161no daje druga\u010diji okus, i zahtjeva ne\u0161to druga\u010dije sastojke njega ne dodajem uvijek po malo u kruh, npr. neka druga bra\u0161na dodajem u bijelo bra\u0161no, mije\u0161am integralno i bijelo kod pravljenja kruha, ali kukuruzno ne dodajem tako, nego onda radim kukuruzni kruh po receptu za njega.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ovom receptu na 500 grama bra\u0161na ide 200 grama kukuruznog bra\u0161na, \u0161to je ustvari dosta za kukuruzni kruh. Postoje varijante kukuruze gdje je ne\u0161to ve\u0107i udio kukuruznog bra\u0161na, ali to su posebne vrste kruhova, iako tada ide odre\u0111ena koli\u010dina drugog bra\u0161na.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako je kukuruzno bra\u0161no bez glutena, ovaj kruh ne spada u tu kategoriju, nego se radi o kruhu s glutenom, ali koji je kukuruzni. Ovaj kruh ima fini okus po kukuruznom bra\u0161nu, mi ga volimo za doru\u010dak, a odli\u010dan je kada se kombinira i sa slatkim i slanim namazima. Iako u kruhove preferiram dodavati sjemenke, u ovaj kruh ne dodajem jer je ve\u0107 kukuruzno bra\u0161no specifi\u010dnog okusa pa volim da se to vi\u0161e naglasi i da se osjeti kukuruzno bra\u0161no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mora li i\u0107i pirovo bra\u0161no uz kukuruzno?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pirovo bra\u0161no je meni osnovno bra\u0161no koje \u010desto koristim, tako da sam ga koristila i u ovom receptu. Ako ne koristite pirovo bra\u0161no umjesto njega mo\u017eete staviti obi\u010dno bijelo glatko p\u0161eni\u010dno bra\u0161no. Pirovo bra\u0161no je meni \u010desto alternativa bijelom bra\u0161nu, te se u ovom receptu dobro sla\u017ee s kukuruznim bra\u0161nom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koji program na peka\u010du izabrati?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je recept za brzi kruh od kukuruznog bra\u0161na z peka\u010du kruha, te treba izabrati Quick ili Brzi program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eete probati i na nekom drugom programu, no, ja uglavnom koristim brzi program za kukuruzni kruh po ovom receptu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kukuruzno bra\u0161no, kukuruzna krupica ili palenta?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Za kruh koristim kukuruzno bra\u0161no, ono je najsitnije mljeveno. Kruh \u0107e zbog kukuruznog bra\u0161na biti \u017eu\u0107e boje. Kukuruzna krupica ili palenta su ne\u0161to o\u0161trije i krupnije mljeveni, pa nisu optimalan izbor za kruh.
