(najbolje namjenskog za dizana tijesta)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mijesiti tijesto od navedenih sastojaka, bar 20 minuta.&nbsp; Ovisno o veli\u010dini jaja, ako je potrebno dodajte malo bra\u0161na.&nbsp;Tijesto se treba odvajati od posude. Najbolje je koristiti namjensko bra\u0161no za dizana tijesta jer se onda pinca najbolje digne, iako su na slici pince pravljene s polubijelim kru\u0161nim bra\u0161nom koje je meni radi boje dra\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pustite da se di\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Premijesite tijesto i ponovno pustite da se di\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se ponovno udvostru\u010di, premijesite i napravite 2 pince.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pustite neka se di\u017eu jo\u0161 pola sata. Uklju\u010dite pe\u0107nicu da se zagrije na 160C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema\u017eite pince jajetom razmu\u0107enim sa \u017elicom vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razre\u017eite znak kri\u017ea \u0161karama. Netko voli pince koje se rascvjetaju, ja vi\u0161e volim u obliku kupole, pa ako volite rascvjetane, neka va\u0161 kri\u017e bude ve\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stavite pe\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cim primijetite da su dobile blago rumenu boju, prekrijte ih aluminijskom folijom.&nbsp;Neka se peku&nbsp; 20-30 minuta, na 160 \/ 180C.&nbsp; Izvadite ih i provjerite jesu li pe\u010dene dugom \u010da\u010dkalicom.
