Smjesa bi trebala biti gusto\u0107e kao smjesa za pala\u010dinke, ako niste radili pala\u010dinke to je okvirno gusto\u0107e punomasnog teku\u0107eg jogurta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U ravnu tavu stavite ulje. Na primjer na jednu \u0161alicu bra\u0161na stavim jednu \u0161alicu vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eda najpopularniji oblik su dugi hercegova\u010dki u\u0161tipci, ali je one ovalnog oblika najjednostavnije praviti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poslu\u017eite sa sirom, kajmakom, &nbsp;pa\u0161tetom, nutelom, marmeladom&#8230; Ili samostalno kao ukusnu grickalicu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Napomena<\/strong>: Sa sastojcima za smjesu mo\u017eete eksperimentirati, mo\u017eete koristiti razli\u010dite vrste bra\u0161na, dodati malo palente, sjemenki po \u017eelji ili gro\u017e\u0111ica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Starinski hercegova\u010dki u\u0161tipci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za razliku od obi\u010dnih hercegova\u010dkih u\u0161tipaka, <strong>starinski hercegova\u010dki u\u0161tipci imaju jedan tajni sastojak<\/strong>, a to je loza ili lozova\u010da. U nedostatku lozova\u010de mo\u017eete upotrijebiti i \u0161ljivu ili \u0161ljivova\u010du.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj tajni sastojak starinskih hercegova\u010dkih u\u0161tipaka poma\u017ee da budu jo\u0161 hrskaviji, te da upiju manje ulja, a naravno i okus dobije novu aromu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojci:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bra\u0161no<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>voda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>malo soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 do 2 \u017elice loze<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ulje za pr\u017eenje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Priprema:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobro umijesite \u017elicom bra\u0161no, vodu i sol. Najbolje bi bilo mije\u0161ati pjenja\u010dom ukoliko je imate jer \u0107e tada smjesa biti rahlija, a u\u0161tipci ukusniji. Dodajte lozu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Napravite teku\u0107u smjesu, gusto\u0107e teku\u0107eg jogurta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kutlja\u010dom vadite smjesu, te pr\u017eite s obje strane na vrelom ulju. Ulje treba biti dobro zagrijano, ali ne smije pregoriti prije stavljanja smjese za hercegova\u010dke u\u0161tipke jer \u0107e tada dobiti druga\u010diji okus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oblik starinskih u\u0161tipaka varira od doma\u0107ice do doma\u0107ice, ako i veli\u010dina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hercegova\u010dki u\u0161tipci s jogurtom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u0161tipci s jogurtom zapravo nisu hercegova\u010dki u\u0161tipci, jer su hercegova\u010dki u\u0161tipci poznati samo po tome \u0161to u njih idu samo bra\u0161no, sol i voda, te eventualno se dodaje lozova\u010da. Me\u0111utim, kroz vrijeme je nastala ne\u0161to oboga\u0107ena verzija hercegova\u010dkih u\u0161tipaka u koju se dodaje jogurt. Jogurt oboga\u0107uje okus, te ima sli\u010dan u\u010dinak na tijesto kao pra\u0161ak za pecivo zbog kojeg u\u0161tipci bubre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hercegova\u010dki u\u0161tipci s jogurtom recept<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sastojci:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bra\u0161no<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>malo soli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>voda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>proizvoljno jogurta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 do 2 \u017elice lozova\u010de (po \u017eelji)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ulje za pr\u017eenje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pjenja\u010dom ili drvenom \u017elicom umutiti sve sastojke, gada smo dobili istu gusto\u0107u smjese kakvu zapravo ima jogurt, treba vaditi kutlja\u010dom ili izliti iz posude u kojoj smo mije\u0161ali na vrelo ulje dio smjese.<br>Praviti oblike po \u017eelji, krugove, polukrugove ili duge u\u0161tipke. Poslu\u017eiti uz namaze ili delikatesne proizvode.
