Ipak, s jednom va\u017enom napomenom, da je kruh i kru\u0161na peciva jako te\u0161ko uspje\u0161no napraviti, pa ako niste vi\u010dni u njihovom pravljenju radije presko\u010dite do ideja za ukra\u0161avanje i dekoriranje, te serviranje na stol kruha i peciva. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dani kruha ideje<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Posebne i kreativne ideje za dane kruha te\u0161ko \u0107ete smisliti ako nemate naviku pe\u0107i op\u0107enito peciva i kruh, ali to ne zna\u010di da dane kruha ne trebate obilje\u017eiti. Taj dan je prilika da se osvrnemo na to kako konzumiramo hranu, \u0161to nam ona zna\u010di, a posebno koliko hrane tratimo i bacamo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to svaki pojedinac jede utje\u010de na planet u globalu, kako biste jeli osvije\u0161teno i ekolo\u0161ki prihvatljivo ispod su neki savjeti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1- Jedite vi\u0161e biljne hrane<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Da i kruh se ubraja u ovu hranu. Kruh je namirnica biljnog porijekla koja se dobiva od bra\u0161na, a \u0161to je sitno mljeveno zrno, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e p\u0161enice, ali i mnogih drugih \u017eitarica i sjemenki. S globalnim porastom produkcije mesnih proizvoda od 500 posto izme\u0111u 1992. i 2016, jasno nam je da s mesom treba umjerenije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 \u2013 Jedite raznovrsnije<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>75 posto svjetskih zaliha hrane dolazi od samo 12 biljaka i 5 vrsti \u017eivotinja. Raznovrsnost u hrani je nu\u017ena jer jednoli\u010dnost ne samo da nije dobra za zdravlje, nego i ugro\u017eava agrikulturu. Mnoge svjetske firme i udruge bave se ovom tematikom, na primjer Knorr je identificirao 50 namirnica budu\u0107nosti koje bi svakako trebali uvrstiti u svoju prehranu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3- Smanjite bacanje hrane<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eda mislite kako ne bacate mnogo, ali sve \u0161to bacate od hrane je ba\u010deni novac koji biste mogli iskoristiti za ne\u0161to drugo, a da ne govorimo o \u0161tetnom utjecaju bacanja hrane na okoli\u0161. Smanjenje otpada u doma\u0107instvu je vrlo jednostavno. Zamrznite sve \u0161to ne mo\u017eete pojesti dok je svje\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4- Jedite sezonsku hranu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad god je mogu\u0107e uklju\u010dite sezonske namirnice na svoj stol.
