U tavi za pe\u010denje omleta ugrijemo ulje, zatim ga izlijemo, ali da tava ostane masna. Ulijemo dio tijesta i pr\u017eimo tanke krpe dok ne potro\u0161imo cijelu smjesu. Pr\u017eeno tijesto izre\u017eemo na uske rezance i dodamo ih u juhu neposredno prije izno\u0161enja na stol (da se ne bi razmo\u010dili).
