Staviti u pleh&nbsp; s poklopcem, ili prekrili&nbsp;alu- folijom. (Meso se mo\u017ee pripremiti i dan ranije, tako \u0107e se za\u010dini bolje upiti, treba posudu ili pleh dobro zatvoriti ili prekriti folijom i staviti u hladnjak.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zagrijati pe\u0107nicu na 250 C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti pokriveno meso u plehu u pe\u0107nicu i na 250 C pe\u0107i pola sata (ja sam pokrivala alu-folijom).<br>Nakon pola sata smanjiti temperaturu na 180 &#8211; 200 C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodati oguljeni i posoljeni krumpir. Ako su manji dodati cijele, ako su ve\u0107i, prepoloviti. Recept je napisan s krumpirima, tako se odah dobije i prilog. Ako se dodaje \u010ditav krumpir tada mu treba oko sat da se dobro ispe\u010de. Ru\u017emarin je napisan u receptu, on \u0107e dati poseban okus, a mo\u017ee se koristiti i mediteranski miks za\u010dina. S njima \u0107e janjetina dobiti posebnu notu. Marinade mogu biti razne. Osnovna verzija je da treba nauljiti i posoliti meso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodavanje za\u010dina u\u010dinit \u0107e to meso posebnim i druga\u010dijim. Mogu se dodati papar, \u010de\u0161njak, ru\u017emarin, ali i drugi za\u010dini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marinadu utrljati po mesu, poklopiti i hermeti\u010dki zatvoriti, ili prekriti dobro folijom i spremiti u hladnjak. Ako vidite da vam nedostaje marinade, a ve\u0107 ste je izlili na janjetinu, dodajte jo\u0161 malo ulja, pa sve jo\u0161 jednom utrljajte po janjetini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marinada od ulja, bijelog vina, pomije\u0161ati to dvoje, dodati \u010de\u0161njak, ru\u017emarin, maj\u010dinu du\u0161icu i lovor. Sve pomije\u0161ati, preliti preko janjetine i dobro utrljati da svi dijelovi budu prekriveni marinadom.
