Neka kuha pola sata. Juhu ocijedimo. Gusti ostatak stavimo u cjedilo, izgnje\u010dimo da se dobro ocijedi. Od ulja, bra\u0161na i nasjeckanog luka na\u010dinimo svijetlu zapr\u0161ku na koju dodamo papriku. Zalijemo ribljom juhom i prokuhamo. Dolijemo toliko vode da sve zajedno iznosi oko 1 \u00bd l teku\u0107ine. U juhu dodamo o\u010di\u0161\u0107ene i na lijepe komade narezane kvalitetnije ribe i ostavimo da kuhaju 20 min. Za\u010dinimo solju, paprom i paprikom prema ukusu.
