Dobra ideja je mijenjati sastojke kako pahuljice ne bi bile uvijek iste i dosadile. Tako\u0111er mogu se dodati i suncokretove sjemenke, opcije su brojne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za zobene pahuljice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>pola zdjelice zobenih pahuljica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2-3 kocke tamne \u010dokolade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u017elica mljevenih ili sjeckanih ora\u0161astih plodova<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u017eli\u010dica chia sjemenki<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u017eli\u010dica su\u0161enih brusnica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>voda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mlijeko<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema zobenih pahuljica<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zagrijati vodu do vrenja. U zdjelicu ili tanjur istresti zobenih pahuljica po \u017eelji. Preliti vrelom vodom, s tim da sve zobene pahuljice budu potopljene te da vode bude vi\u0161ka.<br>Dodati tamnu \u010dokoladu u zobene pahuljice, ora\u0161aste plodove te su\u0161ene brusnice. Sve skupa dobro promije\u0161ati, te ostaviti dok se malo ne ohladi. \u010cokolada \u0107e se dobro rastopiti, a pahulice omek\u0161ati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon 5 do 10 minuta, dodati malo hladnog mlijeka, ponovno promije\u0161ati i zobene pahuljice su spremne za konzumaciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovakva kombinacija sa zbenim pahuljicama je relativno kalori\u010dna, ali sadr\u017ei raz\u010dli\u010dit spektar namirnica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osnova su zobene pahuljice koje treba preliti vrelom vodom i ostaviti kratko da omek\u0161aju.<br>Ostalo \u0161to \u0107ete dodati ovisi od preferencija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to dodati u ka\u0161u sa zobenim pahuljicama?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada sami radite ka\u0161u od zobenih pahuljica, mo\u017eete u nju dodati \u0161to \u017eelite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja \u010desto tamnu \u010dokoladu zamijenim kakaom, a kakao uglavnom zagrijem ve\u0107 u vodi. Tada ne zakuham odvojeno vodu pa prelijem pahuljice, nego u zdjelicu u kojoj \u0107u pripremati pahuljice dodam kakao, malo \u0161e\u0107era i vodu, te sve skuha zagrijem u mikrovalnoj pe\u0107nici. Na taj na\u010din smanjujem potrebno posu\u0111e, nema drugog razloga. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim kakaa dodajem sjemenke poput bu\u010dinih sjemenki, suncokretovih sjemenki, chia sjemenke, mljeveni lan&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cimet ili vanilin \u0161e\u0107er su tako\u0111er opcija. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod mene uvijek mjesto u zobenim pahuljicama imaju i ora\u0161asti plodvi sjeckani ili mljeveni, a kombiniram da potro\u0161im jedno pakiranje oraha, pa badema, lje\u0161njaka i tako u krug.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su\u0161eno vo\u0107e je tako\u0111er kod mene obavezno, preferiram su\u0161ene brusnice jer su i kiselkaste i slatke, kombinacija koja meni odgovara. No, ponuda su\u0161enog vo\u0107a je zaista velika, te ovisno o tome koje mi se jede ili izgleda zanimljivo kupim i koristim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umjesto \u0161e\u0107era mo\u017ee se staviti bilo koja zamjena za \u0161e\u0107er, a mljevene datulje su za zobenu ka\u0161u odli\u010dan izbor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na kraju kada se ohladi dodajem jogurt, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e gr\u010dki jogurt jer je kremast i cijele zobene pahuljice djeluju kao neki \u010dokoladni cheesecake. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sami osje\u0107aj pripreme zobenih pahuljica na ovaj na\u010din je odli\u010dan, dodajem \u017elicu po \u017elicu korisnih stvari koje volim, tako da znam da je na kraju cijela zdjelica korisna, ali istovremeno i ukusna. Ne biram samo stvari koje smatram zdravima, nego i one koje volim.
