Dodamo ribani parmezan i bra\u0161no te sve dobro promije\u0161amo. Na pobra\u0161njenu dasku rasporedimo ri\u017eu u 4 cm debelom sloju te je izre\u017eemo u krugove velikim obodom za rezanje u\u0161tipaka. Obod umo\u010dimo u vodu da se ri\u017ea ljp\u0161e re\u017ee. Izrezane krugove paniramo.
