Prvo odvojimo 50 g bra\u0161na i zamijesimo sa 1\/4 kg maslaca pa odlo\u017eimo na hladno mjesto.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" title=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\" alt=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" width=\"12\" height=\"12\" \/><\/a>U ostatak bra\u0161na dodati 1 cijelo jaje, malo soli, nekoliko kapi limunovog soka i zamijesiti s hladnom vodom kao svako tijesto za razvla\u010denje.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" title=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\" alt=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" width=\"12\" height=\"12\" \/><\/a>Tijesto dobro tu\u0107i rukom, dok se ne po\u010dne odvajati od ruke. Kada je tijesto dobro izra\u0111eno, na\u010diniti loptu kao za kruh i odlo\u017eiti da se otpusti najmanje 1\/4 sata.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" title=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\" alt=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" width=\"12\" height=\"12\" \/><\/a>Potom dasku posipati bra\u0161nom i tijesto razvu\u0107i valjkom u okruglu koru debljine prsta, a preko nje staviti maslac pomije\u0161an s bra\u0161nom da pokrije cijelu koru.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" title=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\" alt=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" width=\"12\" height=\"12\" \/><\/a>Potom koru presaviti ovako: gornju polovicu tijesta presaviti do polovice, zatim donju polovicu preko nje, pa lijevu stranu, pa zatim desnu, tako da kora ima oblik knjige; tijesto odlo\u017eiti na hladno mjesto da se opusti najmanje 15 min. To ponavljati tri puta.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" title=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\" alt=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" width=\"12\" height=\"12\" \/><\/a>Zatim okruglim kalupom za pokladnice ili preokrenutom \u010da\u0161om izrezati 12 kolutova, od kojih 6 smjestiti u lim za pe\u010denje.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" title=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\" alt=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" width=\"12\" height=\"12\" \/><\/a>Ostalim komadima treba sli\u010dnim kalupom (ali manjim) izrezati sredinu, pa na onih 6 komada, koji su u limu za pe\u010denje, nalijepiti ove kolutove bez sredine (prije lijepljenja premazati vodom).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" title=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\" alt=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" width=\"12\" height=\"12\" \/><\/a>Male sredine iz drugih kolutova poredati tako\u0111er na lim za pe\u010denje, premazati ih jajetom, ali paziti da jaje ne curi s njih.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" title=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/08\/Recepti73.gif\" alt=\"Recepti - Piletina u vjen\u010di\u0107ima od tijesta\" width=\"12\" height=\"12\" \/><\/a>Ovako pripravljene vjen\u010di\u0107e staviti u pe\u0107nicu i pe\u0107i na umjerenoj vatri tako da porumene.
