Mahune na dalmatinski specifi\u010dan spoj krumpira i mahuna, osim toga mahune se mogu raditi kao varivo, te varijante zape\u010denih mahuna. Ispod su tri razli\u010dita recepta na koja mo\u017eete pripremiti mlade mahune. Kuhati oko pola sata. Procijediti. Zgnje\u010diti vilicom par krumpira da se sve pove\u017ee, ali ne sve da se ne dobije pire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Popariti, posoliti, dodati sitno nasjeckani re\u017eanj \u010de\u0161njaka i 0,5 dl maslinovog ulja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poslu\u017eiti kao glavni obrok ili kao prilog uz meso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koliko dugo \u0107e trebati kuhati mahune i krumpir, ovisi o veli\u010dini krumpira koje ste stavili. Ukoliko se stave \u010ditavi krumpiri kuhanje \u0107e trajati ne\u0161to du\u017ee, nego kada se krumpir nare\u017ee na \u0161nite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je klasi\u010dno jelo dalmatinske kuhinje kojem je osnova mahune, krumpir, maslinovo ulje i \u010de\u0161njak. Kuhati oko pola sata, procijediti i posoliti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dok se mahune kuhaju nasjeckati luk, staviti u duboku tavu na malo maslinovog ulja da se pirja. Dodati nasjeckane raj\u010dice. Dodati \u017elicu \u0161e\u0107era i \u017eli\u010dicu soli. Sve pirjati oko pola sata dok se raj\u010dice ne pretvore u ka\u0161astu smjesu sli\u010dnu kao za satara\u0161.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Popapriti i po \u017eelji dodati sitno sjeckani re\u017eanj \u010de\u0161njaka. Umijesiti u to ocije\u0111ene mahune i zajedno pirjati jo\u0161 dvije minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je jelo odli\u010dna kombinacija sastojaka, posebno ljeti kada i raj\u010dice i mahune dominiraju, no mo\u017ee se raditi tijekom cijele godine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">-3- Zape\u010dene mlade mahune <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/mahune-3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"257\" height=\"189\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19497\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/mahune-3.jpg\" alt=\"Recepti mlade mahune\"><\/a><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=1141\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>(recept)<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mahune nakon \u010di\u0161\u0107enja treba razrezati po duljini, a po potrebi i prepoloviti. Mahune na tavi zajedno s lukom i za\u010dinima popr\u017eiti. Ako je potrebno doliti vode, kako bi se mahune raskuhale, odnosno postale mekane.<br>Zatim mahune prebaciti u pleh za pe\u010denje, te slagati red mahuna, red kiselog vrhnja, dodati malo maslaca i \u010de\u0161njaka, te potom opet staviti red mahuna, pa red vrhnja\u2026<br>Na vrhu ostaviti mahune koje treba preliti maslacem i potom kru\u0161nim mrvicama. Pe\u0107i oko pola sata. Svi se ovi recepti mogu dodatno prilagoditi osobnim preferencijama, mogu se dodati dodatni sastojci ili za\u010dini. No, oni pokazuju da se na tri potpuno razli\u010dita na\u010dina mogu pripremati mahune. Bilo kao kombinacija s krumpirom, bilo kao varivo ili kao zape\u010dene u rerni. Razli\u010dite preferencije na\u010dina kuhanja mahuna ovise i o krajevima. Dodatna prednost smrznutih mahuna je \u0161to se mogu du\u017ee \u010duvati u hladnjaku, te ih je lak\u0161e imati pri ruci kada ne znamo \u0161to bi radili za ru\u010dak i \u017eelimo neku ideju koju mo\u017eemo brzo realizirati. Smrznute mahune se kuhaju kra\u0107e od svje\u017eih, \u0161to je, tako\u0111er, ponekad prednost.
