{"id":1925,"date":"2018-07-23T09:04:59","date_gmt":"2018-07-23T07:04:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=1925"},"modified":"2025-10-02T06:01:32","modified_gmt":"2025-10-02T04:01:32","slug":"cvjetaca-s-rakovima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=1925","title":{"rendered":"Cvjeta\u010da s rakovima"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cvjeta\u010da s rakovima<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzeti 1 lijepu glavicu cvjeta\u010de, oprati je, razdijeliti na cvjetove, pa skuhati u slanoj vodi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tada uzeti 10-15 svje\u017eih rakova, staviti ih u kipu\u0107u vodu s glavom na dolje, da brzo uginu, pa ih kuhati 15-20 minuta, ovisno o veli\u010dini rakova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odvojiti meso od ljuske, pa ga do upotrebe dr\u017eati na pari, da se ohladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ljuske od rakova dobro istucati pa pomije\u0161ati sa 150 g svje\u017eeg maslaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izmije\u0161anu masu propasirati (najbolje kroz \u010dist ubrus).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U dobivenu masu dodati 2 kuha\u010de bra\u0161na pa zaliti jakom juhom, neprestance mije\u0161aju\u0107i, dok se ne dobije rijedak umak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umak posoliti i dobro prokuhati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uzeti kuhanu cvjeta\u010du, staviti je na zagrijanu zdjelu, preliti pripremljenim umakom a oko cvjeta\u010de ukusno slo\u017eiti meso rakova.
