Radi se o istovremeno starinskom i modernom kola\u010du. Mo\u017ee se pe\u0107i u \u010detvrtastom plehu, onda se i kola\u010d re\u017ee u \u010detvrtaste komade ili okruglom i rezati na \u0161nite kao torta. Za kola\u010d se mogu koristiti svje\u017ee vi\u0161nje kao i vi\u0161nje iz tegle, odnosno iz kompota od vi\u0161anja. Mo\u017ee se ru\u010dno mijesiti ili mikserom. Maksimalno mutiti do 30 sekundi, mikser na najja\u010de upaliti, kako bi kola\u010d bio prhak. Du\u017eim mije\u0161anjem kola\u010d \u0107e postati \u017eilav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U pleh staviti papir za pe\u010denje ili dobro namazati margarinom pleh i posuti tankim slojem bra\u0161na, kako se tijesto ne bi zalijepilo za pleh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istresti polovicu tijesta. Potom po tijestu rasporediti pola vi\u0161anja. Preko vi\u0161anja istresti ostatak tijesta. Po tijestu opet rasporediti drugu polovicu vi\u0161anja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Ni za tijesto ni za vi\u0161nje nije bitno da se radi o to\u010dno pola smjese. Ionako vi\u0161nje potonu i sve se spoji. Ovo je samo na\u010din da vi\u0161nje budu i u tijestu, a ne da sve ostanu pri vrhu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti u pe\u0107nicu zagrijanu na 180 stupnjeva. Pe\u0107i dok tijesto ne poprimi zlatno sme\u0111u boju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Provjerite \u010da\u010dkalicom da li je kola\u010d pe\u010den, tako da kroz sredinu probijete \u010da\u010dkalicom, a kad je izvu\u010dete ona treba biti suha, odnosno na njoj ne treba ostati tijesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kola\u010d od vi\u0161anja<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj kola\u010d od vi\u0161anja je u svojoj osnovnoj varijanti biskvitni kola\u010d. U biskvitu su i vi\u0161nje. Zbog vi\u0161anja kola\u010d je so\u010dan i bogatog okusa. Kompletna priprema se odradi u jednoj posudi, pa je kola\u010d od vi\u0161anja i brz i jednostavan kola\u010d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U kompliciranijim varijantama kola\u010d se mo\u017ee preliti pudingom od vanilije ili nekom kremom, kremom od slatkog vrhnja ili \u0161lagom. Na taj na\u010din \u0107e kola\u010d ostati vi\u0161i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se radi osnovna verzija kola\u010d je najbolje posuti \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu i tako poslu\u017eiti, ali mo\u017ee se uz njega poslu\u017eiti \u0161lag ili sladoled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S ovim kola\u010dem se mo\u017ee kombinirati i dalje razvijati opcije, kola\u010d se mo\u017ee lako prilago\u0111avati. S obzirom da se vi\u0161nje op\u0107enito dobro sla\u017eu i sa sirom, preko kola\u010da se mo\u017ee staviti i krema sa sirom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednostavna krema sa sirom se mo\u017ee pripremiti od vrhnja za \u0161lag gdje se umuti 400 ml slatkog vrhnja, doda 200 grama mascarpone sira i 1 \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era u prahu. Mutiti jo\u0161 2-3 minute i krema je gotova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druga opcija je \u0161lag krema koja se umuti prema standardnom principu (ovisno o tome koju \u0161lag kremu imate), pred kraj mu\u0107enja se doda 200 grama krem sira i \u017elica \u0161e\u0107era u prahu. Krema se muti jo\u0161 nekoliko minuta i spremna je za serviranje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako na kola\u010d od vi\u0161anja dodajete kremu, prvo treba pustiti da se kola\u010d od vi\u0161anja dobro ohladi, ne treba na topao kola\u010d stavljati \u0161lag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za ljetne dane ovaj kola\u010d je optimalan u svojoj osnovnoj verziji kada ga se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti sa sladoledom od vanilije ili kuglicom sladoleda od burbon vanilije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biskvitni kola\u010di, posebno kada su so\u010dni poput ovog, su sami dovoljni. \u010cesto ih poslu\u017eujem takve, ljeti dodam sladoled, jer nema potrebe za kompliciranjem kola\u010da koji je i u svojoj osnovnoj verziji dobar i so\u010dan. Dodavanjem kreme, ili \u010dak i pudinga od vanilije i \u0161lag kreme, kola\u010d postaje zna\u010dajno slo\u017eeniji, to je verzija koju pravim kada imam vi\u0161e vremena i kada o\u010dekujem goste ili imam neki ve\u0107i ru\u010dak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Svje\u017ee vi\u0161nje ili vi\u0161nje iz kompota<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kola\u010d je odli\u010dan i sa svje\u017eim vi\u0161njama, tada najvi\u0161e vremena oduzima va\u0111enje ko\u0161tica, ali je odli\u010dan i zimi sa vi\u0161njama iz kompota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako radim s vi\u0161njama iz kompota, tada imam posebnu verziju ovog kola\u010da. Kada vi\u0161nje procijedim ostavim teku\u0107inu iz vi\u0161anja. Dodam u nju vode koliko je potrebno da bude ukupno 500 ml, te s tim napravim puding od vanilije.
