Pe\u0107i na 200 stupnjeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Usitnit jagode dodati malo vode i prokuhati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umutiti bjelanjak sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvaditi tijesto kada izgleda skoro gotovo, preliti jagodama te preko staviti umu\u0107eni bjelanjak. Vratiti pe\u0107i jo\u0161 5 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Mo\u017ee se staviti i prvo bjelanjak, pa preliti jagodama, ali tada \u0107e malo stisnuti bjelanjak od preljeva s jagodama (kao da \u0107e se malo otopiti). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kola\u010d sa jagodama i \u0161aumom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako bi se ovaj kola\u010d mogao napraviti na sli\u010dan na\u010din samo sa \u0161lagom, ali u tom slu\u010daju se \u0161lag dodaje tek kada je kola\u010d skroz pe\u010den, prednost bjelanjaka je to \u0161to u tijesto idu samo \u017eumanjci, te ostanu bjelanjci. Na ovaj na\u010din s kremom od bjelanjaka se dobije kombinacija da se iskoriste i bjelanjci i \u017eumanjci, te da nemamo ostataka nakon pripreme ovog kola\u010da.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da se \u0161aum zajedno s kola\u010dem zape\u010de u pe\u0107nici, nije potrebno (uglavnom) dodatno dekorirati kola\u010d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se dodaje \u0161aum po kola\u010du on se mo\u017ee ravno rasporediti, ali mo\u017ee i prili\u010dno neravno, budu\u0107i da je to \u010dak i zanimljiviji izgled na kola\u010dima koji se rade s bjelanjcima koji se dodatno zapeku u pe\u0107nici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj kola\u010d se mo\u017ee raditi u okruglom kalupu, ali i u kockastom ili kalupu za tart. No, bolje je kad je pleh ili kalup malo dublji kako se ne bi razlile ukuhane jagode kada se preliju preko kola\u010da, a i kako bi bjelanjak ostao to\u010dno u granicama kola\u010da. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vo\u0107ni kola\u010di, a tako i kola\u010di s jagodama su odli\u010dan na\u010din da se iskoristi vo\u0107e, a a opet da se dobije ne\u0161to kompletnije od poslu\u017eivanja samo vo\u0107a. Vo\u0107ne kola\u010de pa tako i kola\u010de sa jagodama uglavnom radim sezonski, odnosno prema tome kada je sezona nekog vo\u0107a, te u sezoni \u010de\u0161\u0107e pravim kola\u010de od odre\u0111enog vo\u0107a. Neke kola\u010de ponovim, neke uvedem nove, ali to je na\u010din da ih dovoljno pojedemo dok je sezona vo\u0107a, tako da poslije i zaboravimo na to vo\u0107e, nego se prebacimo na novo sezonsko vo\u0107e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj kola\u010d s jagodama istovremeno je i zanimljiv, i moderan i tradicionalan. Dok su se prije \u010de\u0161\u0107e pripremali kola\u010di s raznim varijantama \u0161auma, od bjelanjaka, jer su mnogi imali svoja jaja, danas je to rje\u0111e, te se \u010de\u0161\u0107e pripremaju kola\u010di sa raznim varijantama \u0161laga. Krema od bjelanjaka je i ne\u0161to zahtjevnija, \u0161to je tako\u0111er jedan od razloga da se manje koristi.
