Za najbolji svinjski gula\u0161 nije potrebno puno sastojaka, nego dovoljno vremena za kuhanje gula\u0161a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci za gula\u0161 od svinjetine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>pola kg mesa (za gula\u0161) &nbsp;bez kosti<br>1 mrkva<br>1 per\u0161in<br>3 &#8211; 5 glavica luka crvenog<br>mala \u017elica paprike mljevene<br>lovor<br>\u017eli\u010dica soli<br>\u017eli\u010dica vegete<br>malo papra<br>2 \u017elice pasirane raj\u010dice<br>malo vina (do 1 dl)<br>\u017elica gustina (ili o\u0161trog bra\u0161na)<br>2 \u017elice masno\u0107e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema<\/strong> gula\u0161a od svinjetine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U lonac staviti masno\u0107u i sitno narezani luk. Obi\u010dno se ka\u017ee da za dobar gula\u0161 treba staviti istu koli\u010dinu mesa i luka. Me\u0111utim, mi smo radili i gula\u0161 bez luka, pa ispadne ukusan, tako da luk stavite po \u017eelji i po osobnom ukusu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad luk omek\u0161a dodati mrkvu i meso koje smo narezali po \u017eelji veli\u010dine, posoliti i neka se tako dinsta dok meso ne smek\u0161a uz povremeno mije\u0161anje da ne zagori, zatim dodati za\u010dine, vino i vode po \u017eelji koliko \u017eelite gusto\u0107e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staviti da kuha pa na to sve dodati gustin (razmu\u0107en u malo hladne vode) neka sve zajedno kuha jo\u0161 oko 15 minuta. Ako ste stavili vi\u0161e luka gustin vam ne\u0107e biti potreban, a ako je manje luka gustin treba radi kompaktnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gula\u0161 se sporo kuha. Meso, malo povr\u0107a i za\u010dini koji daju tu puno\u0107u okusa gula\u0161u. Uglavnom se radi o za\u010dinima koji se uobi\u010dajeno koriste u kuhinji, te nije potrebno dodatno ne\u0161to kupovati za gula\u0161 i u tome je njegova prednost. Da bi se sve povezalo i da bi dobili prepoznatljiv okus gula\u0161a potrebno je vrijeme. Upravo je to karakteristika gula\u0161a, nije potrebno puno sastojaka, ali je potrebno puno vremena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koje meso izabrati za gula\u0161?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gula\u0161 se \u010desto ve\u017ee uz junetinu, ali koriste se i druge vrste mesa, poput svinjetine, teletine, piletine, meso divlja\u010di&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bitno je da je meso bez kosti i da je narezano na kockice, odnosno manje komade. Mo\u017ee se \u010dak i kupiti ve\u0107 narezano meso za gula\u0161.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gula\u0161 je najbolje raditi od svje\u017eeg mesa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">S \u010dim poslu\u017eiti svinjski gula\u0161<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gula\u0161 je varijanta mesa s gustim umakom, te \u0107e dobro i\u0107i uz ri\u017eu, palentu, krumpir, kuhani ili pire krumpir, njoki, okruglice&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prednost gula\u0161a je \u0161to se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti uz brojne priloge. Ako se gula\u0161 napravi ranije, tada je jednostavan izbor neki brzi prilog poput njoka ili palente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gula\u0161 od svinjetine se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti i kao samostalno jelo, doma\u0107a peciva mogu biti dovoljna, ali ako se radi o gostima ili nekom obiteljskom ru\u010dku, preferiram prilog jer cijeli ru\u010dak je bogatiji i kompletniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gula\u0161 od svinjetine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Gula\u0161 mnogima zvu\u010di kao komplicirano jelo, no, po ovom receptu ga mogu raditi i po\u010detnici. Uglavnom, su mjere okvirne, sve se dugo kuha i dobro pove\u017ee, te nema previ\u0161e mogu\u0107nosti za pogre\u0161ke. \u010cak i kada se ne\u0161to zaboravi staviti (osim mesa) gula\u0161 i dalje bude dobar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gula\u0161 se mo\u017ee napraviti unaprijed, dan ranije, \u0161to ga \u010dini jednostavnim izborom kada se ne\u0161to organizira ili kada \u017eelimo unaprijed pripremiti
