(Ako se grah namo\u010di nave\u010der, tada \u0107e se ujutro vrijeme kuhanja skratiti. U toj varijanti nave\u010der operite grah, stavite u hladnu vodu, vode treba biti vi\u0161e od graha, te ostavite preko no\u0107i da nabubri. Ujutro se grah procijedi i dalje radi po istom receptu, samo \u0107e tada kuhanje graha umjesto 3 sata i vi\u0161e, biti 2 sata). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dok grah kuha pripremiti meso, mrkvu i ostalo,\u00a0na kockice po \u017eelji veli\u010dine. O\u010distiti i narezat povr\u0107e. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staviti masno\u0107u na dno lonca u kojem \u0107e se kuhati varivo. Dodati na njega povr\u0107e, meso i potom grah. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grah procijediti iz vode, staviti ga u ve\u0107 pripremljeno meso i ostale namirnice, te doliti na to sve najmanje 2 litre hladne vode. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Meso i povr\u0107e ne dinstam, nego samo spojim sa grahom, dolijem hladnu vodu, stavim na \u0161tednjak i tada uklju\u010dim da se zagrijava i prokuha.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poja\u010dati temperaturu da br\u017ee prokuha, pa onda smanjit da lagano kuha oko 2 do 3 sata, po \u017eelji dodati bra\u0161no ili gustin radi gusto\u0107e. Ili mo\u017eete napraviti dodatno <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=24564\">zapr\u0161ku za grah<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vrijeme kuhanja: oko 15 minuta u prvom dijelu + kasnije 2 do 3 sata.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koliko \u0107e to\u010dno trebati ovisi o tome kakav je grah, ne samo koja je vrsta, nego kakav je konkretno taj grah koji se u tom trenutku koristi. S obzirom da  se grah mo\u017ee razli\u010dito dugo kuhati, uvijek sam oprezna kada kuham prvo varivo od nekog novog graha. U pravilu se trudim kupiti doma\u0107i grah te kupim ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu, tako da nakon prvog kuhanja variva ve\u0107 znam koliko dugo \u0107e trebati kuhati grah, te da li grah je bolje namo\u010diti preko no\u0107i, kako bi se br\u017ee skuhao, ili se mo\u017ee brzo skuhati taj dan kada ga spremam. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160to se ti\u010de sastojaka, oni variraju. Ako stavim manje od ove koli\u010dine mesa, tada stavim vi\u0161e graha, neki uku\u0107ani vole s vi\u0161e mesa, neki s vi\u0161e graha pa se prilagodim. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lovorov list se mo\u017ee dodati u varivo, ne mijenja puno okus, ali ipak da odre\u0111enu aromu, ali i grah se lak\u0161e probavlja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sli\u010dno je i s drugim povr\u0107em, mo\u017ee se staviti vi\u0161e ili manje mrkve, dodati i neko drugo povr\u0107e, poput pastrnjaka, te za\u010dine koji vam odgovaraju. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Varivo od graha je varivo koje mo\u017ee ostati par dana u fri\u017eideru, ali to vrijedi kada se ne kuha s mesom. Koliko se mo\u017ee \u010duvati grah s mesom vi\u0161e ovisi o mesu, da li se koristi smrznuto ili svje\u017ee meso, no ja ga ne \u010duvam vi\u0161e od 24 sata. Dakle ako sam ga danas pravila, mogu ga ostaviti za sutra, odnosno napraviti dan ranije, ali du\u017ee od toga varivo od graha s mesom ne \u010duvam. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je neka osnovna verzija variva s grahom, mo\u017ee se na sli\u010dan na\u010din napraviti sa suhim mesom, drugim povr\u0107em, dodati krumpire, kao i bez mesa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovisno o preferencijama, varivo se mo\u017ee ostaviti gu\u0161\u0107e ili rje\u0111e, prema tom se mo\u017ee definirati koli\u010dina vode koja se dodaju. Za neku srednju gusto\u0107u variva voda treba biti jednu 5-6 cm iznad sastojaka. Ako vam se \u010dini rijedak, grah otklopite pred kraj kuhanja kako bi se vi\u0161ak vode ispario. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Svje\u017ee meso za grah varivo \u2013 koje koristiti?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Svje\u017ee meso se mo\u017ee koristiti i junetina i svinjetina. Neke od vrsti junetine i svinjetine koje sam koristila za grah:<br>&#8211; Junetina: vrat, ple\u0107ka, rebra<br>&#8211; Svinjetina: vrat, ple\u0107ka, but<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept za grah sa suhim mesom: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=18598\">Grah varivo sa suhim rebrima (suhim mesom) \u2013 Recepti<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grah varivo s junetinom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Varivo od graha s junetinom se radi na isti na\u010din po ovom receptu. \u010cest izbor za ovo varivo je junetina jer se ona op\u0107enito du\u017ee kuha, kao i grah pa su onda dobar spoj. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept se radi po istom principu, samo \u0161to se koristi svje\u017ea junetina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meni se za varivo najbolje pokazalo june\u0107e meso od vrata ili ple\u0107ke.
