{"id":18598,"date":"2024-12-17T16:21:00","date_gmt":"2024-12-17T14:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=18598"},"modified":"2025-10-02T09:37:30","modified_gmt":"2025-10-02T07:37:30","slug":"grah-sa-suhim-rebrima","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=18598","title":{"rendered":"Grah varivo sa suhim rebrima (suhim mesom)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/grah-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-22950\" src=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/grah-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/grah-2.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/grah-2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/grah-2-150x100.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/grah-2-576x384.jpg 576w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grah varivo sa suhim rebrima (suhim mesom)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Varivo od graha sa suhim rebrima odnosno sa suhim mesom ima posebnu dra\u017e i odli\u010dan je izbor u zimskim mjesecima kada se op\u0107enito vi\u0161e jede ovakav tip hrane, kao i kada se vi\u0161e koristi su\u0161eno meso. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sastojci<\/strong> za grah sa suhim rebrima<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>300 graha<br>600 g suhih rebara (ili nekog drugog suhog mesa)<br>2 mrkve<br>1 glavica luka<br>1 \u017elica gustina<br>\u017eli\u010dica soli<br>\u017eli\u010dica paprike mljevene<br>3 \u010de\u0161nja bijelog luka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Priprema<\/strong> graha sa suhim rebrima<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Grah o\u010distiti i oprati u hladnoj vodi, staviti ga u dublji lonac i doliti 2 litre hladne vode, staviti ga da prokuha pa smanjiti na manju temperaturu da lagano kuha 15 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meso dobro oprati u toploj vodi,&nbsp;staviti u prazan duboki lonac, dodati ostale namirnice koje smo pripremili i narezali na veli\u010dinu po \u017eelji, i na to nasuti 3 litre vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iz prokuhanog graha iscijediti vodu u kojoj se kuhao i grah staviti u lonac s rebrima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poja\u010dati na ja\u010du temperaturu da prokuha, zatim smanjiti dobro poklopiti i neka kuha najmanje 2 sata, vjerojatno \u0107e trebati i 3 sata dodati gustin po \u017eelji gusto\u0107e kao <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=24564\">zapr\u0161ku za grah<\/a>, i neka jo\u0161 kuha pola sata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrijeme kuhanja mo\u017ee varirati ovisno o vrsti graha, ali za ve\u0107inu vrsta bi trebalo biti dovoljno dva do tri sata kuhanja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vrijeme kuhanja: dva do tri sata<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grah varivo je osnovna verzija kuhanja graha koja se jednostavno mo\u017ee prilagoditi \u017eeljama i preferencijama. Mo\u017ee se raditi i sa suhim ili svje\u017eim mesom, s krumpirima, ili u varijantama sa zapr\u0161kom ili bez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Varivo od graha sa suhim mesom &#8211; izbor suhog mesa za grah <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Izbor suhog mesa s kojim se radi grah varivo mo\u017ee biti razli\u010dit. Suha rebra su samo jedna od mogu\u0107nosti. Mo\u017ee se koristiti bilo koji dio suhog mesa, uglavnom se koristilo meso s kostima, ali mo\u017ee bilo koje, tako da su osim suhih rebara odli\u010dan izbor i suha koljenica kao i slanina.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grah sa suhim mesom se mo\u017ee raditi i sa suhim ko\u017eicama, u tom slu\u010daju ne\u0107e biti mesa unutra, ali \u0107e biti okus po suhom mesu. To je odli\u010dan izbor za one koji \u017eele okus po suhom mesu, ali ne preferiraju puno mesa. Sli\u010dno je i sa suhim kostima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u0107enito su suha rebra neka sredina, budu\u0107i da nemaju puno mesa, ali ga ipak imaju, dok se mogu birati i drugi komadi suhog mesa, ovisno o tome \u0161to imate, ali i prema tome koliko \u017eelite da mesa budu u grah varivu sa suhim mesom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Varivo od graha sa suhim mesom ima druga\u010diji okus od graha bez mesa, budu\u0107i da suho meso ipak da jednu drugu notu okusima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se radi o doma\u0107em suhom mesu koje ponekad mo\u017ee biti intenzivnijeg okusa ili se presu\u0161iti, tada se suho meso mo\u017ee oprati nave\u010der, te ostaviti preko no\u0107i u vodi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isto tako suho meso se mo\u017ee prije kuhanja u varivu, odvojeno staviti u hladnu vodu, te prokuhati nekoliko minuta. Nakon toga izliti vodu odnosno izvaditi suho meso iz vode, te staviti ga u lonac s grahom i nastaviti kuhati prema ovom receptu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo \u010desto kod kupovnog suhog mesa nije potrebno, no kod doma\u0107eg mo\u017ee biti budu\u0107i da se ono nekad od stajanja presu\u0161i, kao i da ima tragove pepela od su\u0161enja doma\u0107eg suhog mesa. Osim toga netko voli u varivu intenzivniji miris i okus suhog mesa, tada se suho meso samo ispere i stavi u lonac u kojem \u0107e se kuhati grah. No, oni koji vole bla\u017ei okus suhog mesa u grahu, mogu ga prvo odvojeno prokuhati. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grah sa suhim rebrima odnosno sa suhim mesom je recept koji se kod nas pravio od kad pamtim, pa za mene ima posebnu vrijednost jer je jedan od recepata koji se odr\u017eao, koji mnoge i danas vole jesti, jednako kako su ga voljeli jesti i prije toliko godina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Grah sa suhom koljenicom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Grah sa suhom koljenicom je tako\u0111er odli\u010dan izbor. Radi se na isti na\u010din i sa istim sastojcima kao osnovna verzija ovog recepta, samo \u0161to se suha rebra zamijene se sa suhom koljenicom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suha koljenica \u0107e imati vi\u0161e mesa koje \u0107e se tijekom kuhanja graha odli\u010dno raskuhati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017ee se poslu\u017eiti samostalno, ali se i suha koljenica mo\u017ee izvaditi van iz graha kada je grah skoro gotov.
