Poklopiti i jo\u0161 malo pe\u0107i da se omlet zape\u010de.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet se ne mora preklopiti, nego se mo\u017ee pe\u0107i kao krug i tako poslu\u017eiti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druga opcija je da se ispe\u010de omlet, te kada se stavi na tanjur, dodati nadjev od vrganja i preklopiti omlet, kako bi vrganji bili punjenje za omlet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017ee se i kiselim vrhnjem pomazati i 6 min pe\u0107i u pe\u0107nici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Omlet od vrganja ili \u0161ampinjona<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vrganje ili \u0161ampinjone treba dinstati oko pola sata, ovisno o veli\u010dini komada dok ne omek\u0161aju i budu skoro gotovi. S obzirom da su jaja pa tako i omlet brzo gotovi, odnosno treba oko 5 minuta, \u0161ampinjoni ili vrganji trebaju biti gotovi prije nego se stave na omlet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gotov omlet se mo\u017ee posuti ribanim sirom ili nasjeckanim per\u0161inom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako vam ne uspije omlet, napravite kajganu s vrganjima. Osnovna je razlika \u0161to se kod kajgane jaja u tavi usitne, mije\u0161aju i ne treba biti kao omlet iz jednog dijela. Ako vam se \u010dini da vam se omlet s vrganjima nije ispekao dobro, nakon \u0161to ste u tavu dodali vrganje, a mnogi ne vole ako se jaja ne ispeku dobro, tada mo\u017eete se prebaciti na klasi\u010dno mije\u0161anje jaja u tavi, te na taj na\u010din \u0107e se smjesa sa svih strana bolje zape\u0107i, ali \u0107e rezultat biti kajgana s vrganjima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako bi omlet s vrganjima uspio, a to vrijedi i za kajganu s vrganjima, bitno je da imate adekvatnu tavu, odnosno tavu u kojoj se ne lijepi za dno. Neprijanjaju\u0107e dno je bitno, bez obzira \u0161to stavite na po\u010detku masno\u0107e, jer \u0107e unato\u010d dodavanju masno\u0107e u nekim tavama jaje se zalijepiti za dno i ne mo\u017eete ispe\u0107i dobar omlet, pa \u010dak ni kajganu. U dobroj tavi o\u017eete pogurati smjesu od jaja lijevo desno, samim micanjem tave. Ako nemate neku adekvatnu tavu za omlet, najbolja opcija bi bila koristiti tavu za pala\u010dinke. Omlet treba na kraju izgledati kao pala\u010dinka, te \u0107e se na sli\u010dan na\u010din i pe\u0107i, ne treba ga mije\u0161ati nego micati lijevo desno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet se \u010desto u tavi ve\u0107 preklopi, na taj na\u010din se gornji dio, ako ga niste okrenuli dalje zape\u010de, jer se preklopi dijelom omleta i unutra ostane vru\u0107e i jaja se dopeku. Ako imate dobru tavu, posebno ako u omlet ide i bra\u0161na, omlet se mo\u017ee i okrenuti, poput pala\u010dinki, no, mnogima t mo\u017ee biti izazov, pa je bolje primijeniti neke druge taktike kako bi se omlet dobro ispekao. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Broj jaja u omletu s vrganjima prilagodite broju osoba za koje pripremate omlet, u pravilu je dovoljno jedno do dva jaja po osobi, no, to broj jaja mo\u017ee biti i ve\u0107i, odnosno ne utje\u010de na kona\u010dan rezultat jela broj jaja. Ako se na istu koli\u010dinu vrganja doda vi\u0161e jaja, tada \u0107e samo biti manje vrganja po cijelom omletu, a ako se smanji broj jaja, dominirat \u0107e vrganji. Koliko \u0107ete jaja koristiti mo\u017ee ovisiti i o koli\u010dini vrganja, jer ako imate ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu, tada \u0107e po osobi trebati manje jaja kako bi se mogli najesti, dok \u0107e kod manje vrganja biti potrebno vi\u0161e jaja po osobi. Iako zvu\u010di neobi\u010dno, jer bi logi\u010dno bilo da na vi\u0161e vrganja ide vi\u0161e jaja, ako \u017eelite da ne ostaje obroka, tada treba ukupna koli\u010dina jaja i vrganja biti takva da se sve pojede, a to zna\u010di na vi\u0161e vrganja manje jaja i obrnuto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz omlet od vrganja odli\u010dno ide zelena salata, kao i salata od raj\u010dica.
