Ostavite da nado\u0111e (10 tak minuta).<\/p>\n<p>Ostatak bra\u0161na pomije\u0161ajte sa \u017elicom soli, dodajte 5 dl kipu\u0107e vode, dodajte dignuti kvasac, s 1dl kipu\u0107e vode isperite posudu u kojoj se dizao kvasac, dodajte u ostatak smjese i zamijesite, najlak\u0161e mikserom sa spiralama.<\/p>\n<p>Prekrijte krpom i stavite na toplo mjesto da se tijesto digne.<\/p>\n<p>Od tijesta formirajte \u0161trucu. Zasijecite ukoso no\u017eem i stavite na pek papir u tepsiju.<\/p>\n<p>Pospite sjemenkama ili kukuruznim bra\u0161nom po \u017eelji.
