Na ovaj na\u010din se ima brz i zasitan doru\u010dak. Kako bi jelo bilo jo\u0161 bogatije mogu se dodati neki za\u010dini, kurkuma ili chia sjemenke. Ako se dodaju chia sjemenke u omlet, odnosno u jaja, dobra je opcija dodati i malo mlijeka kako bi chia sjemenke imale dovoljno teku\u0107ine ili staviti chia sjemenke u par \u017elica mlijeka, dok stavimo hrenovke pr\u017eiti, kako bi dali malo vremena chia sjemenkama da nabubre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet s hrenovkama mo\u017ee biti doru\u010dak, ali i brzi me\u0111uobrok. Mo\u017ee se poslu\u017eiti uz svje\u017eu salatu poput zelene salate ili raj\u010dica. Omlet s hrenovkama dobro ide i uz kisele salate poput kiselih krastavaca ili kiselih paprika. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na koliko sitno \u0107e se narezati hrenovke nije toliko bitno, mogu se ostaviti malo ve\u0107i komadi ili napraviti skroz manji koluti\u0107i.
