Narezati sitno, u tavu staviti ulje, te dinstati \u0161ampinjone dok ne omek\u0161aju. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuhano pile\u0107e meso izrezati na kockice, sitno narezati polovicu glavice luka, \u010detvrt glavice celera, te 100 g skuhanih mahuna. Dodati na \u0161ampinjone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tada razmutimo 5-6 jaja, dodati malo soli i papra, malo bra\u0161na i nekoliko \u017elica kiselog vrhnja. Istresti preko smjese u tavi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet pe\u0107i kao deblje pala\u010dinke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kineski omlet (omlet s piletinom, \u0161ampinjonima, mahunama&#8230;)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Celer u kineskom omletu &#8211; korijen celera je potrebno oguliti, kora se ne koristi. Potom ga narezati na tanke plo\u0161ke. On se po receptu dodaje kada su \u0161ampinjoni ve\u0107 gotovi. No, ako ne volite sirovi celer, on se mo\u017ee dodati odmah sa \u0161ampinjonima i dinstati kako bi omek\u0161ao. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bi se celer skuhao potrebno je oko 15 minuta, duljim kuhanjem ili dinstanjem on postaje sve mek\u0161i. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luk u kineskom omletu &#8211; kao i celer, i luk se dodaje pred kraj, no, ako preferirate dinstani luk, i njega se mo\u017ee staviti zajedno sa \u0161ampinjonima i celerom te dinstati na tavi da omek\u0161a. Luk se mo\u017ee koristiti i sirov, kao i kuhan i dinstan, tako da je pitanje preferencije. S obzirom da nekim ljudima sirov luk smeta, njima \u0107e vi\u0161e odgovarati varijanta da se luk dinsta sa \u0161ampinjonima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mahune &#8211; za kineski omlet mogu se koristiti svje\u017ee i smrznute mahune. Ovisno o tome koje mahune koristite prilagodite vrijeme kuhanja mahuna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Povr\u0107e za kineski omlet &#8211; po receptu ide vi\u0161e vrsta povr\u0107a u kineski omlet, a kao i obi\u010dno da bi se dobio potpuni spoj okusa, najbolje je koristiti sve sastojke. No, recept mo\u017ee funkcionirati i bez nekih sastojaka, te se recept mo\u017ee prilagoditi osobnim preferencijama, zna\u010di mo\u017ee se izbaciti ne\u0161to \u0161to vam se ne svi\u0111a ili ne volite, a nastaviti dalje po receptu sa ostalim sastojcima. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Piletina &#8211; za kineski omlet treba kuhano pile\u0107e meso, a mo\u017ee se raditi o bilo kojem pile\u0107em mesu. Ako je meso s kostima, potrebno je skuhano meso odvojiti od kosti i potom nasjeckati. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet se mo\u017ee servirati samostalno, posuti naribanim sirom, kao i nasjeckanim svje\u017eim per\u0161inom. Ovaj omlet mo\u017ee biti i prilog, no, s obzirom da ve\u0107 sadr\u017ei i piletinu ono je kompletno jelo, te bolje funkcionira kao toplo predjelo, me\u0111uobrok ili brzi obrok, nego kao prilog. Uz kineski omlet se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti neka svje\u017ea salata, iako i omlet ve\u0107 sadr\u017ei i povr\u0107e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upravo u bogatstvu sastojaka je prednost ovog omleta, jer objedinjuje razne namirnice i daje bogat okus, ali je i nutritivno bogato i raznovrsno jelo. Nije ga komplicirano napraviti, posebno ako ve\u0107 imate kuhanu piletinu.
