U neke recepte osnovnih verzija omleta ide i bra\u0161no u neke ne ide, tako da ovisi tko je na \u0161to naviknut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet je bitno raditi u tavi sli\u010dnoj tavi za pala\u010dinke, odnosno u tavi za koju se hrana ne lijepi kako bi se omlet mogao lijepo istresti odnosno prenijeti iz tave na tanjur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet sa \u0161unkom se mo\u017ee raditi i na na\u010din da se \u0161unka prvo zape\u010de, a potom se na nju istresu jaja, no, ovo je jednostavna i brza verzija budu\u0107i da nema odvojenog pr\u017eenja \u0161unke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se istrese u tavu smjesa za omlet, ona treba biti kao malo deblja pala\u010dinka, odnosno do 1 cm debljine. Na taj na\u010din \u0107e se omlet optimalno ispe\u0107i. Vrijeme pe\u010denja je 3 do 5 minuta, ovisno o tome kolika je debljina omleta. Omlet se mo\u017ee odmah u tavi preklopiti, iako ga neki okre\u0107u, na taj na\u010din unutra\u0161njost se dodatno dokuha kada se omlet preklopi, a unutra ostane so\u010dniji omlet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u0107enito, prema nekim receptima omlet treba s gornje strane ostati mek\u0161i, neki recepti i kuhari preporu\u010duju da se omlet prevrne, dok je jedna od opcija, koja je i meni najdra\u017ea da se omlet preklopi kako bi unutra zadr\u017eao toplinu i dovr\u0161io pe\u010denje. Onima koji preferiraju da su jaja dobro skuhana odnosno dobro pe\u010dena i ne vole ostatke mekih jaja i koja ne izgledaju kao da nisu dobro pe\u010dena tada je bolja opcija prevrtanje omleta kako bi bili sigurni da se omlet sa svih strana dobro zapekao. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet sa \u0161unkom se mo\u017ee poslu\u017eiti samostalno, uz sir, vrhnje, gr\u010dki jogurt, razne hladne nareske, ali i uz kobasice kao i uz meso.
