Osnovni omlet se razlikuje po sastojcima, ovisno od kud je recept te u neke ide i bra\u0161no u neke ne ide. U ovaj omlet s mlijekom u sastojcima je i bra\u0161no. Sve zajedno opet dobro umutiti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U tavi zagrijati malo ulja, dodati polovicu mase (ako \u017eelimo dva omleta i drugi dio pe\u0107i u sljede\u0107oj turi ili ako \u017eelimo jedan ve\u0107i omlet stavimo svu smjesu odjednom). Dodati sa strane i malo maslaca, da se pomalo topi i ide pod omlet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se na donjoj strani dobro zape\u010de, preklopiti omlet i staviti na tanjur. Omlet se mo\u017ee preklopiti ili zarolati. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posipati sjeckanim per\u0161inovim listom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od ove koli\u010dine dobijemo dva omleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po gotovom omletu mo\u017ee se posuti naribani sir ili dodati svje\u017ei per\u0161in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poslu\u017eiti uz kobasice, meso, nareske, svje\u017eu salatu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Razlika izme\u0111u kajgane i omleta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kajgana i omlet se \u010desto mije\u0161aju, te neki isti na\u010din pripreme jaja nazivaju kajganom a drugi omletom. \u010cesto ovisno o navikama se koriste oba pojma za istu stvar, a \u010desto netko ima svoju predod\u017ebu o tome \u0161to je omlet, a \u0161to kajgana, neovisno o nekim pravilima, nego koristi onako kako je u toj sredini uvrije\u017eeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet se ne usitnjava u tavi, odnosno ne dijeli mije\u0161aju\u0107i, nego se priprema i poslu\u017euje kao cjelina. On je sli\u010dniji, na neki na\u010din, izgledom, pala\u010dinki. Mo\u017ee se poslu\u017eiti kao krug ili preklopljen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kajgana se mije\u0161a u tavi, iako se mo\u017ee i samo odvajati od rubova kako bi se prelijevala nepe\u010dena jaja prema tavi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Razlika u izgledu je \u0161to omlet \u010dini kompaktnu cjelinu, a kajgana je iz komadi\u0107a, usitnjena mije\u0161anjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Francuski omlet se sastoji od jaja, maslaca, soli i papra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160vicarski omlet uz te sastojke sadr\u017ei i bra\u0161no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dakle, ve\u0107 u osnovnim receptima omleti se razlikuju, tako da nije \u010dudno da se s dodavanjem drugih sastojaka dalje razlikuju i prilago\u0111avaju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U omlete se dodaju osim osnovnih i brojni drugi sastojci, poput vrhnja, mlijeka, sira, raj\u010dica, gljiva, \u0161peka, \u0161unke, luka, raznih za\u010dina&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako napraviti savr\u0161en omlet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet ne treba biti niti previ\u0161e gust niti previ\u0161e rijedak. Kada se priprema prilagodite koli\u010dinu sastojaka tavi, otprilike do 1 cm treba biti debljina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jaja treba istresti u zagrijanu tavu, ali ne pregrijanu kako ne bi odozdo bio previ\u0161e taman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da bi omlet bio savr\u0161en, bitno je imati dobru tavu, a to je tava s dnom na koje se ne lijepi hrana. Sli\u010dno kao tava za pala\u010dinke. Ako se za tavu lijepe jaja, tada je vrlo te\u0161ko napraviti dobar omlet. Omlet bi morali mo\u0107i micati pomicanjem tave, da on klizi po tavi, a ne da se negdje zalijepi za tavu. Ako nemate odgovaraju\u0107u tavu, probajte s tavom za pala\u010dinke. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako servirati omlet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet se mo\u017ee ispe\u0107i u krug, prevrnuti i poslu\u017eiti kao gotova pala\u010dinka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cesto se omlet preklopi, kako bi se zatvorio i kako bi gornji sloj ostao unutra, te zavr\u0161io proces kuhanja kao da je poklopljen. Tada omlet izgleda kao polukrug. Ako se prepolovi tj presavije jo\u0161 jednom dobit \u0107emo \u010detvrtinu kruga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet se mo\u017ee zarolati  poput pala\u010dinke.
