Potom se dodaju bra\u0161no, sol, mineralna voda i na kraju naribani sir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U tavi zagrijati ulje ili masalc, usipati dio pripremljene mase i pe\u0107i je na umjerenoj vatri. Omlet pred kraj pe\u010denja preklopiti ili okrenuti.  <em>Zagrijano ulje ili maslac treba biti vru\u0107, ali ne prevru\u0107, kako se s donje strane omlet ne bi prebrzo zapekao. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od mase dobijemo oko 6 &#8211; 8 tanjih omleta, odnosno 4 deblja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tople omlete poslu\u017eiti sa zelenom salatom, salatom od raj\u010dica, paprika i sl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Omlet sa sirom<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Koliko \u0107ete omleta dobiti od ove smjese ovisi od toga koliku debljinu omleta imate kao i od veli\u010dine tave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u0107enito smjesa za omlet ne bi trebala biti deblja kada se izlije u tavu od jednog centimetra, ali mo\u017ee biti tanji omlet. Ako je omlet deblji od 1 cm bit \u0107e ga te\u017ee ravnomjerno ispe\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bitno j da kod pripreme omleta sa sirom (kao i op\u0107enito omleta) se koristi tava s neprijanjaju\u0107im dnom, budu\u0107i da se sako lak\u0161e mo\u017ee omlet pomicati, okrenuti ili preklopiti, te je lak\u0161e istresti omlet na tanjur iz tave. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Omlet s mo\u017ee raditi na na\u010din da se omlet okrene, kako bi se zapekao i s gornje strane, mo\u017ee se gornja strana ostaviti mek\u0161a i bez okretanja, te se mo\u017ee preklopiti omlet na na\u010din da se zadigne polovica i prekrije s njom druga polovica omleta, odnosno da se omlet preklopi. Okus se mo\u017ee i malo razlikovati ovisno o izboru sira.
