Izbor vo\u0107a uglavnom prilago\u0111avam i biram sezonsko vo\u0107e. Biskvitna rolada s vo\u0107em\" title=\"Recepti - Biskvitna rolada s vo\u0107em\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>35 dag (350 grama) malina, jagoda ili drugog vo\u0107a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U visokoj posudi istucite vodu i bjelanjke u \u010dvrsti snijeg, postepeno dodajte \u0161e\u0107er, sol i vanilin \u0161e\u0107er. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatim polagano (najmanja brzina na mikseru) umije\u0161ajte u snijeg \u017eumanjke a na kraju mje\u0161avinu bra\u0161na, gustina i pra\u0161ka za pecivo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tepsiju (otprilike 35x35cm) oblo\u017eite nama\u0161\u0107enim pergament papirom odnosno papirom za pe\u010denje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biskvitnu smjesu ravnomjerno rasporedite i pecite na 200-225 stupnjeva C oko 12-15 minuta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zatim odmah istresite na kuhinjsku krpu koju ste posuli \u0161e\u0107erom. Papir odstranite, rubove biskvita malo spljo\u0161tite i pomo\u0107u kuhinjske krpe savijte roladu. Ostavite da se hladi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nadjev<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slatko vrhnje sa \u0161e\u0107erom i vanilin \u0161e\u0107erom istucite u \u010dvrsti \u0161lag pa ga ravnomjerno nama\u017eite na ohla\u0111enu i odmotanu roladu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pospite neza\u0161e\u0107ernim dobro ocije\u0111enim vo\u0107em i ponovno savijte. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft\"><a href=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/Recepti72.gif\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"..\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/Recepti72.gif\" alt=\"Recepti - Biskvitna rolada s vo\u0107em\" title=\"Recepti - Biskvitna rolada s vo\u0107em\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sada roladu mo\u017eete zamrznuti ili poslu\u017eiti odmah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zamrzavanje rolade<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Roladu zamotajte u foliju i zamrznite.<br>Ako \u017eelite roladu zamrznuti razrezanu na plo\u0161ke, onda \u010ditavu roladu kratko zamrznite, zatim izre\u017eite na plo\u0161ke, izme\u0111u stavite listi\u0107e od folije ili pergament papira, sve zajedno zapakirajte u vre\u0107icu i zamrznite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trajnost: <\/strong>2-3 mjeseca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Odmrzavanje i dogotovljavanje:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na sobnoj temperaturi 3-4 sata, ako je rolada \u010ditava. Re\u017eite je dok je jo\u0161 malo zamrznuta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako su zamrznute plo\u0161ke, odvojite ih jednu od druge i za 1 sat \u0107e se odmrznuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Napomena:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na isti na\u010din mo\u017eete pripremiti roladu s kremom ili marmeladom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Biskvitna rolada s vo\u0107em<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>BIskvitna rolada s vo\u0107em se mo\u017ee pripremiti unaprijed i zamrznuti, \u0161to je odli\u010dan na\u010din da se kola\u010d napravi kada imamo vremena, a poslije u\u017eivamo u kola\u010du. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proces pripreme biskvitne rolade s vo\u0107em je isti u oba slu\u010daja, samo \u0161to se biskvitna na kraju ili spremi u zamrziva\u010d ili ostavi u hladnjaku i poslu\u017euje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biskvitnoj roladi s vo\u0107em ne treba puno vremena da se odledi, te je odli\u010dan na\u010din da se pripremi unaprijed bilo za neo\u010dekivane goste, kao i za obiteljski ru\u010dak kada \u017eelite dio ru\u010dka pripremiti unaprijed. Biskvitna rolada se odledi i spremna je za poslu\u017eivanje paralelno sa pripremanjem glavnog dijela ru\u010dka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koje vo\u0107e izabrati za biskvitnu roladu s vo\u0107em?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod izbora vo\u0107a, ako planirate roladu zamrznuti, vodite ra\u010duna da birate vo\u0107e koje se mo\u017ee ljep\u0161e zamrznuti. Npr. banane su dobar izbor za poslu\u017eivanje rolade odmah, ali ja ih preska\u010dem ako planiram zamrznuti roladu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada se zamrzava rolada s vo\u0107em dobar izbor su jagode, borovnice, \u0161umsko vo\u0107e, maline, mango&#8230; Op\u0107enito vo\u0107e koje mo\u017eemo kupiti i smrznuto i ne mijenja boju kada se zamrzne, te ja biram takvo vo\u0107e, svje\u017ee vo\u0107e, za roladu ako je planiram zamrznuti. Promjenom vo\u0107a za nadjev biskvitne rolade s vo\u0107em dobijemo druga\u010diji rezultat, odnosno druga\u010diji okus rolade, kao i druga\u010diji izgled rolade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se rolada jede odmah, vo\u0107e mo\u017ee biti bilo koje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mo\u017ee li se za biskvitnu roladu koristiti smrznuto vo\u0107e?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se rolada planira zamrznuti, tada treba birati svje\u017ee vo\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako se rolada s vo\u0107em radi po ovom receptu i planira se jesti odmah, tada se mo\u017ee koristiti i smrznuto vo\u0107e.
