Dodajte lovor, ru\u017emarin, sol i papar. Kuhajte na umjerenoj temperaturi dok meso gotovo ne omek\u0161a. Nakon toga dodajte kuhani grah. Slo\u017eenac ohladite, istresite u zdjelice ili vre\u0107ice i zamrznite. Slo\u017eenac treba biti ju\u0161nat.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nTrajnost:<\/strong> 3-4 mjeseca<\/p>\n<p><strong>Omrzavanje i dogotovljavanje:<\/strong><br \/>\nSmrznuti slo\u017eenac stavite u odgovaraju\u0107u posudu, odmrznite i dolijte malo vode. Pristavite na vru\u0107i \u0161tednjak, dodajte usitnjeni \u010de\u0161njak i mesnu kocku a po \u017eelji nekoliko listi\u0107a ru\u017emarina. Kad sve dobro prokuha, poslu\u017eite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Napomena:<\/strong><br \/>\nSlo\u017eenac mo\u017eete pripremiti i zamrznuti bez graha, a grah dodati nakon odmrzavanja. Ako nemate kuhanog graha dobar je i konzervirani.
