U me\u0111uvremenu sitno nasjeckajte luk, jetrica i per\u0161in. Na vru\u0107em ulju kratko propr\u017eite luk i jetrica pa vru\u0107e prelijte preko ocije\u0111enog kruha, dodajte jaja, usitnjeni per\u0161in, sol i papar, te sve dobro izmije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Priprema:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u010di\u0161\u0107enom i opranom piletu odre\u017eite vrat i nasolite ga izvan i iznutra. Prstom odvojite ko\u017eu od mesa. Po\u010dnite kod vrata, zatim je odvojite od bijelog mesa, bataka i hrpta. Ako je pile ve\u0107e, poslu\u017eite se dr\u0161kom kuha\u010de. Nadjevajte \u017elicom, a nadjev pa\u017eljivo i ravnomjerno rasporedite ispod ko\u017ee po cijelom piletu. Kada potro\u0161ite sav nadjev, otvore pri\u010dvrstite tankim drvcima. U tepsiju s masno\u0107om stavite pile i pecite ga u pe\u0107nici na umjerenoj temperaturi od 200 stupnjeva C oko 2 sata. Za vrijeme pe\u010denja pile polijevajte, a u tepsiju svaki put ulijte nekoliko \u017elica tople vode. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zamrzavanje:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u010deno pile ohladite i stavite u vre\u0107icu, zapakirajte i zamrznite. Umak od pe\u010denja stavite u \u010da\u0161u od jogurta i tako\u0111er zamrznite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Trajnost<\/strong>: 3 mjeseca<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Odmrzavanaje i dogotovljavanje:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zamrznuto pile izvadite iz vre\u0107ice i ostavite u posudi na sobnoj temp. Oko 2-3 sata. Zatim ga prelijte odmrznutim umakom i stavite u toplu pe\u0107nicu na 200 C da se dobro zagrije. Po potrebi dolijte jo\u0161 malo tople vode.
