Kruh (bijeli) namo\u010dite u mlijeku, i kad omek\u0161a, dobro ga ocijedite. U mljeveno meso dodajte razmo\u010deni kruh, jaje, sol, papar i malo ribanog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a. Izmije\u0161ajte i oblikujte okruglice veli\u010dine oraha. Slo\u017eite ih na pladanj i stavite u zamrziva\u010d. Nakon 2 sata izvadite ih i spakirajte u jednu ili vi\u0161e vre\u0107ica (ovisno o tome koliko ste recept pove\u0107ali). Zatim vre\u0107ice dobro zave\u017eite i zamrznite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trajnost: <\/strong>3-4 mjeseca<\/p>\n<p><strong>Odmrzavanje i dogotovljavanje:<\/strong><br \/>\nOkruglice izvadite iz zamrziva\u010da i stavite oko sat vremena na sobnoj temperaturi. Vino i vodu pomije\u0161ajte i stavite kuhati. Kad zakipi stavite polu odmrznute okruglice i na umjerenoj temperaturi kuhajte ih oko 5 minuta. U posebnoj posudi ugrijte margarin i na njemu kratko popr\u017eite sitno nasjeckani luk. Dodajte bra\u0161no, promije\u0161ajte, zalijte mlijekom, dodajte sol i papar. Kad zakuha stavite okruglice i pustite da lagano kuhaju odo 8 do 10 minuta. Na kraju dodajte nasjeckani per\u0161in i vrhnje.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Napomena:<\/strong><br \/>\nUmak u koji su uronjene kuglice ne smije biti pregust.
