Sivo &#8211; zelene je boje a prekrivena sitnim ali gustim paperjem. Ima stabljiku sa gusto raspore\u0111enim listovima. Rasprostranjena je na podru\u010dju gotovo cijele Italije.<\/p>\n<p>Poznata je uglavnom kao za\u010dinsko bilje, budu\u0107i da se njeni listovi koriste za pripremu mnogih jela, salata i umaka, no, ona ima i svoja ljekovita svojstva. Cvjetni vrhovi pospje\u0161uju probavu i ubla\u017euju gr\u010deve, koristi za smirenje, ali isto tako i protiv glavobolje. Koristi se i za inhalacije jer osloba\u0111a nos od sluzi.<\/p>\n<p>Ukoliko ma\u017euran stavite u kupku posti\u0107i \u0107ete umiruju\u0107i i opu\u0161taju\u0107i u\u010dinak. U tradicionalnoj medicini koristi se i kao lijek za uko\u010den vrat.
