(Gotovo je kada se biskvit pritisne prstom, pa se vrati i po\u010dne se odvajati od rubova kalupa\/ cca pola sata).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biskvite dobro ohladiti, najbolje ih je ispe\u0107i dan ranije i ostaviti u fri\u017eideru, a zatim isje\u0107i po rebrima. Da bi se lak\u0161e izvadili kalupe se mo\u017ee oblo\u017eiti mokrom krpom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fil: 1\/2 litre mlijeka, 200 g. \u0161e\u0107era, 4 pune \u017elice bra\u0161na skuhati kao puding. Kada se ohladi dodati 1 izra\u0111eni margarin ili maslac.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Filati tako da se naizmjence sastavljaju jedna svijetla, a jedna sme\u0111a kri\u0161ka biskvita i tako redom, napraviti 2 dijela (dobije se cca 1 m kola\u010da) koja se obilato preliju glazurom od \u010dokolade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glazura: 15 dag \u010dokolade lagano rastopiti u toploj rerni, pa dodati 4,5 \u017elice ulja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ostaviti u fri\u017eideru da preno\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V a \u017e n o: Biskvit se re\u017ee u koso tako da u jednom komadu kola\u010da bude i sme\u0111eg i svijetlog biskvita sa kremom.<br>Kola\u010d je vrlo izda\u0161an i zanimljiv, lijepo izgleda.
