Tijesto treba bili gatko ni tvrdo ni meko, nego srednje i fino tijesto. S obzirom da s radi s ma\u0161\u0107u, ovisno o toplini tijesto \u0107e biti mek\u0161e ili tvr\u0111e, stoga je bolje da vam bude malo tvr\u0111e tijesto dok radite s njim nego mek\u0161e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tijesto stavit na hladno da odstoji najmanje 1 sat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dok se tijesto za \u0161ape ohladi pripremit kalupe, iznutra ih namazati i posuti bra\u0161nom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Popuniti kalupe ovim tijestom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe\u0107i na temperaturi 200 C oko 20 minuta, vadit iz kalupa i posipati \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160ape se posipaju odmah sa \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu, dok su jo\u0161 tople. Dodatno ih mo\u017eete prije poslu\u017eivanja ponovno malo posuti \u0161e\u0107erom u prahu budu\u0107i da se prilikom stajanja i \u010duvanja \u0161e\u0107er upije u njih. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160ape recept na \u0161alice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Postoji vi\u0161e verzija \u0161apa, ovo je suha verzija. Idealne su za blagdane, kod mene su jedan od uobi\u010dajenih bo\u017ei\u0107nih kola\u010da jer mogu stajati du\u017ee, sitni su, suhi i prakti\u010dni za poslu\u017eivanje i konzumiranje. Mo\u017eete ih raditi u manjim ili ve\u0107im kalupima, ovisno o preferencijama ili tome koje kalupe imate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept za \u0161ape punjene smjesom bjelanjaka i oraha potra\u017eite ovdje: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=13429\"><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=24776\">\u0160ape s orasima \u2013 Recepti<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recept iznad za \u0161ape je mjeren u \u0161alicama. Mo\u017ee se \u010diniti neobi\u010dno, ali ovo je starinski recept za \u0161ape, te se ranije tako mjerilo. Ne biste trebali imati ve\u0107ih probleme, budu\u0107i da se radi o kola\u010du koji ne zahtjeva veliku preciznost, te je dovoljno da se sastojci mjere na ovaj na\u010din odnosno na \u0161alice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moja obitelj voli i varijantu \u0161ape punjene orasima tako da za \u010desto radim obje verzije i \u0161ape s margarinom i \u0161ape s orasima, \u0161to se vidi i na slici gdje su kombinirane obje vrste \u0161apa (uklju\u010duju\u0107i i druge kola\u010de, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=24113\">raspucance<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160ape mo\u017eete raditi u razli\u010ditim kalupima, ovisno kakve imate ili kakve oblike \u017eelite. Bitno je da su metalni i da se u njima mogu pe\u0107i \u0161ape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj se kola\u010d naziva i medvje\u0111e \u0161ape te je jedan od klasi\u010dnih starinskih recepta. Ovaj starinski recept za suhe kola\u010de je i danas odli\u010dan te ga mnogi vole, kako zbog toga \u0161to ih podsje\u0107a na pro\u0161lost, tako i zbog odli\u010dnog okusa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom da je ovo starinski recept za \u0161ape koje se kod nekih nazivaju i medvje\u0111e \u0161ape, u receptu je uz to \u0161to je sve nazna\u010deno u \u0161alicama, ostavljen izbor izme\u0111u margarina i svinjske masti. U originalu je recept sa svinjskom masti, no mo\u017ee se radi i jednako uspijeva i s margarinom kao i s maslacem.
